| Objective:To investigate the spiritual needs of breast cancer patients;to analyze the influencing factors of spiritual needs;to use structural equation model to further explore the path and mechanism of the influencing factors of spiritual needs.Method:Used the convenient sampling method,348 breast cancer patients hospitalized in a top three hospital in Changchun City from November 2018 to July 2019 were selected for the questionnaire survey.The survey tool consists of six parts:general information questionnaire,Chinese perceived social support scale,psychological resilience scale,Chinese chronic disease treatment function assessment spiritual health scale,Chinese spiritual needs scale and hospital Anxiety and depression scale.The general data of breast cancer patients were statistically described by frequency and composition comparison;the median and quartile[M(P25P75)]were used to describe the current situation of spiritual needs,psychological flexibility,spiritual health,social support,anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients;the Kruskal Wallis was tested by man Whitney U ANOVA test was used to analyze the demographic differences of spiritual needs of breast cancer patients;Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between spiritual needs and psychological flexibility,spiritual health,social support,anxiety and depression;Amos 24.0 was used to establish the structural equation model of influencing factors of spiritual needs of breast cancer patients.Results:1.The M(P25P75)of spiritual needs of breast cancer patients was 76.00(66.00-85.00).2.There were significant differences in the spiritual needs of breast cancer patients with different marital status,residence,religious belief,education level,occupation,medical insurance type,family average monthly income and time after diagnosis(P<0.05).3.The total scores of spiritual needs,love and connection,hope and peace,meaning and purpose,relationship with supernatural,acceptance of death and social support,family support,friend support and other support dimensions of breast cancer patients were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient was r=0.3670.737.4.The total score of spiritual needs,love and connection,hope and peace,meaning and purpose,relationship with supernatural,acceptance of death and its total score of psychological elasticity,optimism,tenacity and strength were all positively correlated(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient was r=0.4330.788.5.The total score of spiritual needs,love and connection,hope and peace,significance and purpose,relationship with supernatural,acceptance of death and depression and anxiety scores of breast cancer patients were significantly negatively correlated(P<0.05),the correlation coefficient was r=-0.251-0.555.6.The total score of spiritual needs,love and connection,hope and peace,meaning and purpose,relationship with supernatural,acceptance of death and its total score of spiritual health,peace,meaning and belief were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient was r=0.4580.831.7.Take social support,spiritual health,psychological resilience,anxiety and depression as independent variables,and spiritual needs as dependent variables to build a structural equation model.The final model adaptation indexes are GFI=0.990,AGFI=0.947,RMSEA=0.070,NFI=0.995,TLI=0.987,IFI=0.997,CFI=0.997,CN=307,X2/DF=2.685,which can better reflect the spiritual of breast cancer patients The relationship between the variables of demand influencing factors.Conclusions:1.The spiritual needs of breast cancer patients are in the middle level.2.Education level,residence,marital status,religious belief,occupation,medical insurance type,family average monthly income and time after diagnosis are the influencing factors of spiritual needs of breast cancer patients.3.The spiritual needs of breast cancer patients were positively correlated with social support,spiritual health and psychological resilience,and negatively correlated with anxiety and depression.4.Social support,spiritual health and psychological flexibility have direct effects on spiritual needs of breast cancer patients,anxiety and depression have indirect effects on spiritual needs,in addition,social support can indirectly affect spiritual needs through psychological flexibility,spiritual health,depression and anxiety;psychological flexibility can indirectly affect spiritual needs through anxiety,depression and spiritual health;depression and anxiety can indirectly affect spiritual needs through Spiritual health has an indirect effect on spiritual needs. |
