The research background : Has the human have the medical activity.In ancient times,the ancestors of the Tibetan people struggled with the harsh natural environment and managed to master the methods of self-care and treatment of various diseases instead of bowing their heads to injuries and diseases,and preserved among the people by oral dictation.Ever since writing became available,these medical practices have been recorded.In the long years,from generation to generation,gradually perfect,gradually formed a complete theory and rich practical experience of the medical system,and become the indispensable treasure trove of traditional Chinese medicine.As early as more than 2000 years ago,Tibetan medicine had a clear understanding of Drumb disease.Because the Tibetan people live in the alpine region for a long time and the climate and natural environment are harsh,Drumb disease has become one of the common diseases in the whole Tibetan region.Therefore,Tibetan doctors have accumulated rich experience in the treatment of this disease.Chan Drum disease is all Drumb disease in many,common and a long course of disease,If not treated in time,late performance is joint stiffness and deformation,loss of function,lead to disability.As one of the 18 therapies,Tibetan medicine bath is easy to operate,economical and applicable,and has no danger.Many Tibetan medicine literatures have recorded its operation methods and drug formulations.As a Tibetan medical researcher,it is his unshirkable responsibility to excavate and promote the medicine of his own nationality.Therefore,the study of Tibetan medicine bath is to better treat the Chan Drum in clinical practice,and to rescue people in pain and to highlight the unique therapies of Tibetan medicine.Research contents and methods:Combining Tibetan medical classics and clinical experience,analyzed the Tibetan ancient literature really brucella etiology,classification,mechanism,etc,especially analyzed systematically often true disease etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods and so on.Through more than 40 ancient literature to illustrate the concept of Tibetan medicine bath treatment and characteristics of balneotherapy function for clinical medicine,and comparative efficacy results.Selected 144 patients,often used to design the icon,and collect the basic information to the patient,the illness,the curative effect and so on carries on the analysis and summary of clinical curative effect.The results of the study : 1.Classical literature:Learned by reading more than 40 literature,with three of Tibetan traditional diagnosis method on often disease diagnosis,and four kinds of therapy literature contrast,summarizes and expounds the Tibetan ancient books about Chan Drum disease treatment.And Tibetan medicine bath is divided into natural bath,artificial bath,steam bath and apply bath,its basic prescription is five manna medicine.The action of Tibetan medicine bath is through the action that sends sweat to detoxify the evil spirit inside body and silt poison eduction outside the body,hit thereby divide bi,divide rheumatism,collect yellow water,detumescence analgesic action.Through the literature research,analyzes and summarizes the basic compatibility of Tibetan medicine bath and and related drugs of Tibetan medicine bath.2.Clinical research:In the efficacy study of 144 Chan Drum cases,cure 0%,improvement 87.5%,relatively improvement 8.3% and uncured4.2%.Overall effective treatment accounted for 95.8% and ineffective treatment for4.2%.Conclusion: According to the literature and clinical research,summarizes the Drumb disease diagnosis,treatment of Tibetan standard.Tibetan medicine bath treatment principle is the evil spirit inside the body and silt poison eduction outside the body through the action that sends sweat to detoxify,hit thereby divide bi,divide rheumatism,collect yellow water,eliminate edema and stop pain.Therefore,as an important part of "external treatment",Tibetan medicine bath has become a major feature of Tibetan medicine therapy due to its simple and practical use,accurate curative effect and abundant resources.
