A Visualization Analysis Of Current Research On Stem Cell Therapy For Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia In Neonate

Objectives: To analyze the current research status on stem cell therapy for bronchopulmonary dysplasia in neonates by VOSviewer,to summarize the recent research focus and describe the probable research trends in this field,so as to provide the possible research direction for future research.Methods: Using the subject terms of “stem cells” and “bronchopulmonary dysplasia”,a computerized search was performed for the articles in English published between January 1,2009 and January 1,2019 in Pub Med,Embase,Science Direct and Web of Science.Microsoft Office Excel 2016 was used for the statistical analysis of key words.VOSviewer was used to draw a knowledge map.Results: A total of 136 articles were included,38 high-frequency keywords were selected.The knowledge map of stem cell therapy for neonatal bronchopulmonary dysplasia has been preliminarily drawn.The words of BPD,MSCs,Lung injury,Stem cells,Cell transplantation were in the core position of the map.The recent research on stem cell therapy for bronchopulmonary dysplasia in neonates focus on the following four aspects: cell therapy,lung injury and repair,MSCs,animal experiment.Conclusions: The results of this visualized analysis provide a reference on the research focus and future direction in this field.
