As the conception of Masked Hypertension was first put forward in 2002,more and more researchers focusing on the masked hypertension.At the same time,the more application of home blood pressure monitoring and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,the higher diagnostic rate of masked hypertension.Besides,as the increasing research about the harmful of masked hypertension,more evidences indict that,masked hypertension leads to target organ damage on cardiovascular and kidney,and may causes the increase of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk.The research of Anti-hypertensive treatment in masked hypertension for target organ protection(ANTI-MASK)aims at estimating the improving of the target organ damage,the incidence rate of cardiovascular accident and mortality rate of all-cause during the research,through one year of anti-hypertension treatment.The research and its previous results has cause a expectation of the last conclusion.In the future,we should pay more attention on such thing as the mechanism of masked hypertension,when to strengthen screen of blood pressure,HBPM or ABPM —which one to be a better diagnostic method,the standard of diagnostic,when to implement the anti-hypertension treatment,the goal of treatment,and so on.As a center of the clinical trial,we will review the renew of the study about masked hypertension,take a brief introduce on the ANTI-MASK and the result of medium term,analysis the related cases,and talk about the experience on taking part in the study.
