Objective:By observing and analyzing the intervention of one-stop AIDS service in Zhuhai on antiviral treatment and follow-up of HIV/AIDS patients,it provides theoretical basis for further improving AIDS prevention and control and treatment strategy. Methods:Methods Retrospective study was conducted to collect the cases that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria before and after one-stop AIDS service in Zh-uhai.A total of 385 cases were collected and divided into control group and observation group,of which 141 patients were HIV/AIDS before one-stop service(Janua-ry 1,2013 to December 31,2014)and 244 patients were HIV/AIDS after one-stop service in the observation group(January 1,2016 to December 31,2017).To observe and analyze the sociodemographic characteristics, baseline CD4+T lymphocyte count, whether they had opportunistic infection before antiviral treatment, antiviral ti-me(A time interval between the HIV confirmation test and the beginning of the antiviral test),and ART timely rate(Antiviral treatment time≤30 days),and proportion of drug withdrawal in the first year of antiviral therapy, examination compliance and virological inhibition rate, and CD4+T lymphocyte count in the first year of antiviral therapy.Results:1.Social demographic characteristics:The proportion of patients with same-sex transmission through men was higher in observation group(71.3%)than in control group(56.0%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Gender,age of illness, marital status, education level, current addresswere not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Baseline CD4+T lymphocyte counts of the control group and the observation group were not significantly different(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with opp-ortunistic infection before antiviral treatment in the observation group(9.4%)was lower than that in the control group(25.5%),there is a significant difference(P<0.05).3.The median interval between confirmation of positive and initiation of antiviral therapy were significantly shortened from 19 days in the control group to 15 d-ays in the observation group(Z=-2.890,P<0.05).ART timely rate in the observation group(79.9%)was higher than that in the control group(68.1%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.Treatment follow-up and examination compliance:The proportion of patients who stopped drugs after 1 year of antiviral therapy was higher in the observation group(9.4%)than in the control group(3.5%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The compliance of blood biochemical examination,CD4+T lymphocyte count examination and HIV RNA examination of AIDS patients treated with antiviral therapy were higher in the observation group(89.7%、89.6%、84.4%)than in the control group(85.0%、85.4%、74.2%),all have significant differences(P<0.05).5.In the first year of antiviral therapy, the proportion of virological inhibition and there was no significant difference between the observation group(88.4%)and t-he control group(87.8%)(P>0.05).Baseline CD4+T lymphocyte count((?)±s),antivir-al treatment for 1 year CD4+T lymphocyte count((?)±s),anti-viral treatment for 1year increased CD4+T lymphocyte count((?)±s),there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The one-stop service mode of AIDS significantly shortens the time interval between HIV antibody confirmation test and antiviral treatment, improves the timely rate of ART and promotes the early treatment of HIV/AIDS patients.2.AIDS one-stop service model helps to improve the examination compliance of HIV/AIDS patients.3.AIDS one-stop service has expanded the range of HIV/AIDS patients with antiviral treatment, and it is particularly important to strengthen medication compliance education.
