| Purpose:To investigate the cause of death and the factors affecting the quality of life among residents in Yongji County and study the monitoring situation of death reports through this area.Methods descriptive statistics was used to analyze the distribution characteristics and influencing factors from 2014 to 2018,so as to provide a basis for formulating scientific and effective disease prevention and control measures,as well as the understanding of the mortality level and pattern of the population in Yongji County.Method:The death data were derived from“Death Registration Report Information System”of the“China Disease Prevention and Control Information System”,the data of the population registered in Yongji county fron January 1,2018 to December 31,2014.The death reports were reported online by 14 township health centers and 6private hospitals.The underlying death are classified and coded according to the International Classification Standard(ICD-10)according to WHO International Classification of Diseases.Demographic data are obtained from the statistical yearbook,and the standardized mortality data are from the sixth national population census.The calculation methods of total mortality and age~specific mortality,rank of death causes and life table are listed in medical statistics.The cause of death surveillance data was collected and summarized by Excel software and analyzed by IBM SPSS 24.0.sostware.The rate was compared byc~2 test,and the test level isα=0.05.Results:1.The total registered population of Yongji County decreased year by year.However from 2014 to 2018,the proportion of 0~18 years old group,18~34 years old and 35~64 years old group in the total population showed a decreasing trend,while the proportion of the population 65~year~old and above in the total population showed an increasing trend.The coefficient of the aged population is 10.49%,and the coefficient of the juvenile population is 12.15%.The total burden coefficient and the coefficient of the aged burden both increase year by year,while the overall coefficient of the juvenile burden remains unchanged.2.A total of 12,309 people died in Yongji County from 2014 to 2018,with crude mortality rate of 620.40/10~5 The number of men died at7384,and the crude mortality rate was 729.99/10~5;Females deaths of 4925 people,the crude mortality rate was506.41/10~5.The total standardized mortality,the standardized mortality of male and female,the standardized mortality of male in each year show the increasing tend,the standardized mortality of male in each year is higher than that of female.From 2014to 2018,the age~specific mortality curve of residents in Yongji County was shaped like"J".In terms of mortality in different age groups,the age group above 60 years old accounted for 75.13%.Over the age of 65,death rates increase with age.3.From 2014 to 2018,the proportion of tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals,the highest diagnostic units for residents in Yongji County,in the total report is 75%;The highest diagnostic basis was clinical and clinical+physicochemical accounting for 77.83%of the total report.The place of death was 60.77%in the home and32.20%in the medical institution,which accounted for 92.97%of the total report.The proportion of undiagnosed causes of death was 0.06%.4.The total number of deaths from 2014 to 2018 was 302 in Yongji County,including the first major category of diseases(infectious diseases,maternal and infant diseases and nutritional deficiency diseases),accounting for 2.45%of the total report card.The second category of diseases(chronic non~communicable diseases)was11,621,accounting for 94.41%of the total report card.The third category of illness(injury)was 386,accounting for 3.14%of the total report card.5.The top five causes of death from 2014 to 2018 were mainly circulatory diseases,tumors,respiratory diseases,injuries and poisoning,and digestive diseases,which accounted for 64.55%,21.37%,3.57%,2.73%and 2.37%of the total report cards respectively,and 94.59%of the total report cards.The crude death rates were400.49/10~5,132.56/10~5,22.18/10~5,16.94/10~5 and 14.72/10~5respectively.6.The average life expectancy of residents in Yongji County from 2014 to 2018was 80.01 years,77.57 years for males and 82.90 years for females,female life expectancy is higher than male,male and female life expectancy is 5.33 years.7.From 2014 to 2018,the life expectancy after the removal of circulatory diseases,tumors,respiratory diseases,injuries and poisoning,and digestive diseases was 83.37,82.79,80.62,80.45,80.36,and the added value of life was 3.36,2.78,0.61,0.44,and 0.35,respectively.The life growth rate was 4.20%,2.78%,0.61%,0.44%,and 0.35%,respectively.8.The potential years of life lost of all~cause mortality were 137,145.42 years.From 2014 to 2018,with an average of 22.33 years and a life lost rate of 37.05%.The potential years of life lost was 78840.18 years,with an average of 20.35 years and a life lost rate of 41.76%for males,and 55,407.2 years,with an average of 24.4 years and years of potential life lost rate of 30.55%for females.Among the five major causes of death,the average years of potential life lost caused by injury was the highest(32.54 years),and the average years of potential life lost caused by injury in males was 30.57 years.The average years of potential life lost in women was 34.44years.9.From 2014 to 2018,the early death probability of three major diseases(malignant tumor,cardiovascular and chronic respiratory diseases)in Yongji County was 28.29%,51.04%and 3.51%respectively.The early death probability of males was 33.29%,59.22%and 4.28%respectively,and the early death probability of females was 23.07%,41.33%and 2.75%respectively.Conclusion:1.Male mortality rate was higher than female mortality rate among residents of Yongji County from 2014 to 2018;Death rates are highest in people over 60 years of age and increase with age.2.In the years from 2014 to 2018,the death rate of residents in Yongji County from the second category of diseases was higher than the other two types of diseases.3.From 2014 to 2018,the top five leading causes of death cause monitoring points in Yongji County were circulatory system disease,tumor,respiratory system disease,injury and poisoning,and digestive system disease.4.,The life expectancy of residents in Yongji in 2014~2018County was higher among females than males.5.From 2014 to 2018,after the elimination of circulatory system diseases,the added value of life expectancy was the highest.6.Residents of Yongji County from 2014 to 2018 had the highest rate of early death caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and males were higher than females. |
