Objective:By measuring and comparing the transcription level of SULF1 in HCC tissues and tissues adjacent to cancer, the relationship between the transcription level of SULF1 and the 3-year survival rate after HCC resection was explored. The clinical and pathological factors of the 3-year survival rate. Methods:The clinical and pathological data of 108 patients who met the enrollment criteria from the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery,Bethune First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2015 to January 2017 were collected and followed up for 3 years.Real-time quantitative PCR(real-time quantitative PCR)technology was used to determine the level of SULF1 transcription in HCC tissues and tissues adjacent to cancer and compare them.At the same time, the preoperative neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),hepatitis B virus load(Hepatitis B Virus-DNA,HBV DNA),and preoperative serum alpha-fetoprotein(alpha fetoprotein)were collected,AFP)level, perioperative blood transfusion,HCC histological differentiation, microvessel invasion, tumor satellite nodules, presence or absence of tumor capsule, alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level on the second day,Body mass index(BMI),maximum diameter of HCC nodules and other relevant clinical indicators and pathological factors, after statistical analysis, the factors affecting the 3-year survival rate after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma were selected. Results:The transcription level of SULF1 in HCC tissues is lower than that in paracancerous tissues, and the difference between the two is statistically significant. The HBV DNA level ≥106IU / m L,preoperative NLR> 2.4,microvascular invasion, and SULF1 transcription level> 3.2% in HCC tissues on the 7th postoperative day were all influencing factors for the 3-year survival rate after HCC(P <0.05),of which The level of SULF1 transcription in HCC tissues> 3.2% is a protective factor(OR <1),and the rest are risk factors(OR> 1).Conclusions:1.The transcription level of SULF1 in HCC tissues is lower than that in adjacent tissues.2.SULF1 transcription level> 3.2% in HCC tissue is a protective factor for 3-year survival rate after HCC(OR <1).3.The HBV DNA level ≥106IU / m L and the preoperative NLR> 2.4 on the 7th postoperative day are both clinical risk factors for the 3-year survival rate after HCC(OR> 1).4.Microvascular invasion is a pathological risk factor for the 3-year survival rate after HCC(OR> 1)...
