Objective:By comparing the effects of rapid rehabilitation and traditional rehabilitation in perioperative period of proximal femur anti-rotation intramedullary nailing in elderly patients,to explore a more systematic, economical and effective rehabilitation measure,to discuss the application effect and economic advantage of rapid rehabilitation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients,in order to provide a basis for the clinical promotion of rapid rehabilitation.Methods:60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated with PFNA internal fixation in our hospital from August to December 2018 were selected, and 30 patients were randomly divided into the rapid rehabilitation group and the traditional rehabilitation group by the random number table method. The follow-up time was 1 year, the Harris score,VAS score, length of stay and hospital expenses were compared between the two groups, and the Costeffectiveness ratio and the incremental cost-effective-ness ratio were calculated. Results: The Harris scores of the patients in the rapid recovery group at 1 and 3 months after the operation were higher(P<0.05),the VAS score at discharge was low(P<0.05),length of stay and cost of stay are less(P<0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratio showed that patients in the rapid recovery group had to pay 405.67 yuan for every 1 point increase in Harris score, the traditional rehabilitation group paid 415.61 yuan for each point increase in Harris scores. The incremental cost effect ratio showed that patients in the traditional rehabilitation group paid 654.63 yuan more for each additional point of Harris score compared with those in the rapid recovery group. Conclusion:For elderly patients undergoing PFNA surgery for intertrochanteric fractures,Rapid recovery significantly reduces the length of stay in hospital, improves the prognosis, increases the quality of life of patients, and saves the medical expenses of patients, which is more economical and effective.
