| Objective: To investigate change, degree and adverse reaction of the subjective and objective symptoms before and after the treatment with minocycline combined with 0.03% tacrolimus in the patients with corticosteroid addictive dermatitis(CAD).And the clinical curative effect and safety were discussed, and a certain theoretical basis for clinical medication was provided. Methods: A total of 60 patients with CAD in our hospital were recruited from Oct 2018 to Jun 2019.All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).All patients were given 0.03% tacrolimus ointment and medical healing biofilm bid to the affected skin.On the basis of treatment in the control group, the patients in the experimental group were given minocycline,50 mg bid.The patients in both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks. The skin lesions of the patients were observed by the same doctor at 2,4,6 weeks and stopped for 2 weeks, and the curative effect was judged by the four-grade score method and Skin Tolerance Assessment Scale. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment, the skin lesion scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the curative effect index of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at different time points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,12 patients in the experimental group were cured,17 patients were markedly effective,1 patient was improved, the total effective rate was 96.67%,6 patients in the control group were cured,17 patients were markedly effective,7 patients were improved, the total effective rate was76.67%,and the total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.67%.The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group decreased to 90.00% and 63.33%respectively after 2 weeks of withdrawal, indicating that the patients had a tendency to recur, and the total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group decreased to90.00% and 63.33% respectively after 2 weeks of withdrawal, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).During the treatment period, there were 4 cases of dizziness and 1 case of nausea. The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%.In the control group,1 case of diarrhea and 1 case of dizziness occurred, the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Minocycline combined with tacrolimus ointment can significantly improve the subjective and objective symptoms of patients with CAD,and compared with tacrolimus ointment alone, the curative effect is more obvious, the incidence of adverse reactions is not significantly increased, and it has high safety and has certain clinical application value. |
