Nowadays,China’s medical and health undertakings are at an accelerated development stage,and the clinical blood demand also shows an exponential growth,so blood shortage phenomenon can be seen everywhere,but the development process in different regions will directly affect the degree of blood shortage phenomenon.The special group of college students is the main reserve force of China’s unpaid blood donation,and understanding their knowledge and willingness to do non-remunerated blood donation will greatly affect the amount of unpaid blood donation in our country.Regarding unpaid blood donation,different regions of the country are actively investigating and have achieved good results,but there is very little research on this aspect among college students in Nanchang High School.Unpaid blood donation groups may have significant regional differences in the status of unpaid blood donation among college students due to different mass bases,different methods of organization and publicity,different levels of blood donation cognition,and different blood donation environments.Therefore,this article will deeply study the free blood donation status of college students in Nanchang.The thesis will use a questionnaire survey(online + offline)to conduct a sample survey on college students in Nanchang City,collect relevant information from the survey group for analysis and research.A total of 708 valid questionnaires were obtained at the end of the survey.This article will conduct statistical analysis on this basis.In terms of blood donation cognition,first of all,the basic cognition is described,followed by the analysis of the awareness rate of blood donation policies and the analysis of the impact of demographic characteristics on the cognition level,and finally the establishment of a structural equation model to analyze the recognition of unrelated blood donation knowledge among college students Know the level.In terms of willingness to donate blood,through the analysis of the influence of individual characteristics on the willingness to donate blood and the establishment of a logistic regression model to explore the potential degree of participation of college students in the cause of unpaid blood donation.Through research,it is found that more than half of people do not have enough knowledge about blood donation.Among the basic indicators studied,only two factors,political appearance and own health status,have a significant impact on it;more than 60% of college students actively participate in unpaid blood donation However,the five indicators of whether they and their families have a history of blood donation,whether they are in good health,whether they support the active participation of people around them,whether they will actively understand and publicize,and the different levels of blood donation awareness have a significant impact on college students ’willingness to donate blood.Therefore,we should actively promote the promotion of unpaid blood donation,so that college students can fully understand the unpaid blood donation policy and related knowledge,and dispel their worries,so as to allow them to actively participate in it,which will make China ’s unpaid blood donation cause a major step forward.step.
