Objective: Through the questionnaire survey to obtain the overall survey population prevalence and related risk factors for stress urinary incontinence,pelvic ultrasound and pelvic floor electromyography inspection report summed up the stress urinary incontinence in patients with pelvic floor structure characteristics,puts forward appropriate preventive measures and treatment,in order to improve the Alaer area of female stress urinary incontinence information basis of diagnosis and treatment.Methods: First,contacted the responsible personnel of various communities,the people’s hospital of Alaer city and the Tuanchang hospital respectively,explained the plan of the diversion,explained the significance of the epidemiological investigation,and finally obtained their understanding and assistance.Then,some basic information of local married women can be preliminarily learned,such as what kind of work they are mainly engaged in,the ethnic composition of the local population,and the daily schedule of work and rest,so as to make a more reasonable investigation plan.Finally,the detailed schedule of the survey was worked out based on the local factors.In this study,stratified random sampling method was adopted to number all communities and subordinate Tuanchang,and two communities and one subordinate Tuanchang were randomly selected as sample areas for this survey.For the selected area,through the community health service center or Tuanchang hospital,the survey object that meets the inclusion criteria in the region shall be notified,and all eligible married women shall be gathered at the planned time to conduct the survey and research with the help of the site of the community health service center or Tuanchang hospital.According to the plan,the subjects were first surveyed by questionnaire,and the information related to stress urinary incontinence was learned through the results of the questionnaire.If the answer to question10 of ICIQ-FLUTS is non-0,then the content of the next step was selected.Then the selected subjects were examined by pelvic floor ultrasound and pelvic floor electromyography,and the reports of the two examinations were combined and bound together with the questionnaire.Finally,the data of all the subjects were summarized for statistical analysis.Results: The survey lasted for 7 days and the survey of the sample area was successfully completed as scheduled.A total of 475 survey subjects were collected,13 of which were excluded from serious information deficiency and non-han survey subjects,and a total of 462 of which were completely collected.Among the 462 pieces of information,the age of the respondents ranged from 24 to 74 years old,with an average age of(48±9)years old.The prevalence was 53.9%(249/462)for total incontinence,38.3%(177/462)for stress incontinence,2.4%(11/462)for urge incontinence,and 13.2%(61/462)for mixed incontinence.Among the subjects with stress incontinence,77.3%(126/163)had pelvic floor organ prolapse,and 58.9%(96/163)had bladder prolapse.Increased urethral mobility was found in 7.4%(12/163).All97.0%(158/163)had weak slow muscle strength,and 98.9%(161/163)had abnormal pelvic floor muscle strength.The prevalence of stress incontinence was associated with age,vaginal delivery,body mass index,occupation,pelvic floor organ prolapse,and uterine position.Conclusion:1.The incidence rate of stress urinary incontinence in married women in Alaer region was 38.3%,which was 71.1% of the total prevalence of urinary incontinence,which was a high incidence rate among married women in this region;2.Pelvic floor organ prolapse was found in 77.3% of patients with stress urinary incontinence,and58.9% of them were bladder prolapse;3.The occurrence of stress urinary incontinence is related to age,vaginal delivery,body mass index,occupation,pelvic floor organ prolapse,and uterine position...
