| Objective : The changes of serum substance P(SP)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)in patients with post-stroke depression were studied from the perspective of brain gut axis.Methods:60 PSD patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and belong to the syndrome differentiation of qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction were randomly divided into two groups according to 1:1,30 in each group.Administration plan: the treatment group was given shunaojieyu Decoction in the morning and evening,1 dose a day,the control group was given paroxetine 1 tablet,once a day,for 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,HAMD score,NIHSS score and ADL score in the two groups were observed.The serum SP and neuropeptide Y levels of 60 patients in the two groups before and after treatment were measured by competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the relationship between them and post-stroke depression was studied by correlation analysis.Results:(1)After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased(P< 0.05),the treatment group(11.2 ± 8.59)was better than the control group(21.67 ± 10.53)(P < 0.05);the TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.3%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);the HAMD score,NIHSS score of the two groups decreased(P < 0.05),the ADL score increased(P There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);(2)after treatment,the serum SP content of the two groups decreased(P < 0.05),the content of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),the neuropeptide Y Content of the two groups increased(P< 0.05),and the content of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion :(1)Shunaojieyu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of post-stroke depression patients,repair the nerve function damage,and improve the self-care ability of patients;(2)shunaojieyu decoction can reduce the serum SP content and increase the neuropeptide Y level,that is to say,shunaojieyu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of post-stroke depression patients through "brain gut axis".(3)According to the correlation analysis,HAMD depression score has a positive correlation with serum SP content and a negative correlation with neuropeptide Y content;the lower depression score is,the lower serum SP level is,and the higher neuropeptide Y level is. |
