| Purpose:To explore the Change Law of blood pressure and its influencing factors before and after blood donation, and the factors leading to unqualified blood testMethod:132 cases of free blood donors were selected as subjects of study randomly, then the gender, age, height, weight, blood donation volume, systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)before, immediately after and 20 minutes after blood donation were collected, heart rate were collected, and the blood samples were tested, including serum ALT,HBsAg,anti-HIV,anti-HCV and anti-TP etc.Results:(1)Before,immediately after and 20 minutes after blood donation, the sitting SBP of all subjects were(123.1±12.1)mmHg,(116.5±17.0)mmHg,(123.2±9.4)mmHg,sitting DBP were(80.2±8.0)mmHg,(77.1±10.2)mmHg,(79.3±10.3)mmHg,standing SBP were(123.7±13.4)mmHg,(118.5±12.1)mmHg,(124.1±11.2)mmHg,standing DBP were(80.2 ± 8.4)mmHg,(77.6 ± 9.7)mmHg,(80.0±7.1)mmHg,respectively.There were significant differences in the sitting SBP,sitting DBP,standing SBP and standing DBP among before blood donation, immediately after blood donation,20 minutes after blood donation(F=15.3524、10.7290、11.9548、9.6549,respectively.P < 0.05),and the sitting SBP,sitting DBP,standing SBP and standing DBP immediately after blood donation were significantly lower than those before blood donation and 20 minutes after blood donation(Immediately after vs before blood donation,t=8.1240、5.5678、7.2111、5.0990,respectively.Immediately after vs 20 minutes after blood donation,t=8.1854、4.6904、7.4833、4.8990,respectively.P < 0.05),while there was no significant differences in the sitting SBP,sitting DBP,standing SBP and standing DBP between before and 20 minutes after blood donation(t=1.0365、2.0340、1.3659、1.4142,respectively.P > 0.05).The heart rate immediately after blood donation was significantly higher than that before blood donation(p < 0.05).The heart rate 20 minutes after blood donation was not significantly different from that before blood donation(p > 0.05)(2)There were no significant correlations between age, gender,BMI,volume of blood donation and sitting SBP changes before and after blood donation(T=1.5554、1.1771、0.3717、0.4274,respectively.P > 0.05).(3)There was a significant correlation between age and sitting DBP changes before and after blood donation(T=2.6234,P < 0.05),while there were no significant correlations between gender,BMI,volume of blood donation and sitting DBP before and after blood donation(T=0.2821、0.8619、1.0439,respectively.P > 0.05).(4)132 bags of blood were collected from 132 volunteer donors,of which 2 were unqualified for ALT(1.52%)and 1 was HBsAg positive(0.76%).Conclusion: Blood donation can lead to a temporary decrease in blood pressure. When the age of blood donors was less than 37 years old,the fluctuation of sitting DBP before and after blood donation was greater.Unqualified ALT is the most common cause of blood scrap. |
