Objective:Explore the risk factors of peri-implantitis and establish a nomogram prediction model.Provide reference and clinical guidance for clinical decision-making and better patient communication. Methods:The patients who underwent dental implant treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2013 to January 2018 were retrospectively collected, followed up and analyzed, and the probability of peri-implantitis was counted, and then the influencing factors were analyzed.A total of 341 patients and 341 implants were collected, and the implants were divided into a modeling group and a verification group according to an 8: 2 ratio. In the modeling group, logistic regression analysis(Logistic)was used to establish the risk factors for peri-implantitis,establish a nomogram of peri-implantitis,and analyze the discriminating ability of the model.Results:Peri-implantitis occurred in 44 of 341 implants(12.9%).SPSS multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that: implant diameter, periodontitis history, smoking history, diabetes history are independent risk factors. The prediction model was verified by the case data of the verification group,The results show that the prediction model has good discrimination(AUC=0.835),high calibration degree and certain clinical application value..Conclusion:Implant diameter, periodontitis, smoking, and diabetes are not only risk factors for peri-implantitis,but also predictive factors for predictive models. At the same time, the nomogram has the advantages of simplicity, intuitiveness and practicality. It has certain auxiliary value in clinical application and can be used as an effective tool fordoctor-patient communication. |
