With the rapid development of Internet technology in China, mobile medicine has also been developed rapidly in this context, making it more and more convenient for the public to see a doctor. At the same time,it also alleviates the uneven situation of medical resources in China, and to a certain extent,it can also solve the problem of "difficult to see a doctor, expensive to see a doctor" for the public in China.Meanwhile, the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak at the beginning of the new year in 2020 has also made more and more public contact and experience in mobile medical care. The recognition of mobile medical in the public mind has also improved significantly. But novel coronavirus pneumonia is not undeniable. The public’s acceptance and acceptance of mobile medical care is not very high. Therefore,it is particularly important to study the reasons and mechanism that affect the use of mobile medical care by the public. This paper mainly through reading the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the field of mobile medical use, summarizes the important theories and models used by domestic and foreign researchers in the research, and combines the relevant characteristics of mobile medical, and finally chooses to build on the theoretical model of technology acceptance, combined with rational behavior model, planned behavior theory, perceived risk theory and trust theory, etc Build the research model of this paper.Six variables, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, perceived trust, perceived cost, and subjective norms, are included in the research model of this paper, and the influence of personal factors on the use intention of mobile medicine is studied, trying to study the influencing factors of the use intention of mobile medicine more comprehensively.Based on the construction of the research model, the questionnaire is designed according to the research results of relevant scholars and the existing mature measurement scale. And through spss22.0 and amos24.0 statistical analysis software, reliability analysis, validity analysis and structural equation model analysis were carried out to study the influence of variables on the use intention of public mobile medicine.Combined with the results of the study, the suggestions to improve the public’s willingness to use mobile medical services are put forward.Through the empirical study, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)there is a significant difference between age and education level on the public willingness to use mobile medical services, and there is no significant difference between gender andincome on the public willingness to use mobile medical services.(2)Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust and subjective norms have a significant positive impact on mobile medical use intention, while perceived risk has a significant negative impact on mobile medical use intention.Perceived cost has no relevance to the willingness of the public to use mobile medical services.(3)Perceived ease of use, perceived trust and subjective norms have a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness, while perceived risk and perceived cost have a significant negative impact on perceived usefulness. Finally, according to the results of the study,we provide some suggestions for the development of mobile medical in China,in order to help the development of mobile medical in China,so that mobile medical can better benefit the people.
