| Objective Analyze the basic health checkup and disease detection order of residents in Xinjiang, discuss and analyze the changes in the detection order of various diseases in Xinjiang in different years, and compare the differences in detection rates of various diseases in different years, different genders, ages, and prefectures, with a view to To explore the characteristics of disease detection among residents with different demographic characteristics, and to provide information basis for the targeted identification of high-risk groups of various chronic diseases and high-risk areas to carry out relevant health management measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the basic demographic characteristics of the examinees, such as gender, age, and city location, and to rank the top 10 diseases in the Xinjiang disease detection rate in 2017 and 2018.Ages,national health checkups for various types of diseases, detection rates and detection order.Chi-square test was used to compare the detection rates of different diseases in different years, different genders, different ages and different states. Results From January 2017 to December 2018,a total of 27,387,577 copies of health check-up information for residents aged 15 and over in Xinjiang(14prefectures)were collected,of which 9,549,881 person-times,accounting for 34.86%,and17,838,596 person-times,accounting for 65.14%.In 2017,the top ten diseases of health check-up rate were: hypertension, fatty liver, diabetes, cholecystitis, coronary heart disease, bronchitis, anemia, kidney stones, kidney cysts,tuberculosis;2018: hypertension, diabetes,Fatty liver, cholecystitis, bronchitis, tuberculosis, anemia, coronary heart disease, renal cysts, kidney stones. In 2018,the detection rate of hypertension, cholecystitis, coronary heart disease, kidney stones and other diseases was lower than that in 2017,while the detection rate of diabetes, fatty liver, bronchitis, tuberculosis, anemia, renal cysts and other diseases was higher than 2017.Compared with 2017,diabetes,bronchialtuberculosis,and tuberculosis rose in the order in 2018;fatty liver, coronary heart disease, and kidney stones declined in the order. The detection rates of various diseases of different genders are statistically significant(P <0.001).The detection rates of hypertension, diabetes and fatty liver in males in different years are higher than the average level in Xinjiang, while the females are lower than the average in Xinjiang Levels, and the detection rates of hypertension, diabetes and fatty liver in men in different years are higher than those in women. The order of detection of hypertension, fatty liver, and diabetes in men in different years is different.Among them, the order of detection of fatty liver increases, and the order of detection of hypertension decreases. The detection rate of fatty liver and diabetes in men in 2018 increased by 3.72% and 1.38% respectively compared with 2017,while the detection rate of hypertension was decreased by 8.88% compared with 2017.The detection order of hypertension, fatty liver and diabetes in women in different years was the same.In 2018,the detection rate of fatty liver and diabetes in women increased by 0.01% and 3.06% respectively compared with 2017,while the detection rate of hypertension decreased by 8.54% compared with 2017.The differences in the detection rates of various diseases in different age groups are statistically significant(P<0.001),and the top three diseases in different years have different health check-up rates. The top three diseases of the 35-45 year-old residents’ health check-up rate are: fatty liver, hypertension, and diabetes.Compared with 2017,the detection order of fatty liver has increased;while those over 45 years old are: hypertension,Fatty liver and diabetes, compared with 2017,the detection order of diabetes has increased. The detection rate of various diseases in different ages and different ages in different years is different.Among them, the detection rate of hypertension and diabetes among people over 65 years old is higher than that of other ages, and as the age increases, the detection rate gradually increases. In different years, the detection rates of various diseases in South,North, and East Xinjiang were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.001).In 2017 and 2018,the detection rate of hypertension in North Xinjiang was higher than that in East and South Xinjiang. The detection rate of diabetes in eastern Xinjiang is higher than that in northern and southern Xinjiang.Diabetes and cholecystitis differed between prefectures in different years. In 2017,the detection rate of diabetes and fatty liver in eastern Xinjiang was higher than that in northern and southern Xinjiang, while in2018,southern Xinjiang was higher than that in northern and eastern Xinjiang. Conclusion With the economic and social development, health services have been significantly improved, but the burden of chronic diseases is increasing. The results of physicalexamination in Xinjiang showed that the diseases with a high detection rate were all chronic diseases closely related to the individual′s living habits, and the detection of diseases among residents with different demographic characteristics was different.Individualized management and control measures were adopted to strengthen a reasonable diet and enhance physical exercise And change bad habits such as quitting smoking and alcohol, improve the scientific health intervention rate and disease awareness rate, can prevent chronic diseases, control the incidence of various diseases, reduce the prevalence of diseases, effectively reduce the economic burden of personal and social medical, national medical Insurance expenditure is of great significance. |
