| With the deepening of China’s medical health system reform, hospital drug management departments have changed from the original profit center to pure drug service centers.Reducing the cost of drug circulation and improving the quality of medical services have become important issues for hospital managers. At the same time, pharmaceutical distribution market is becoming saturated in the domestic.Reducing costs through supply chain integration and gaining new business growth points has been one of the priorities of domestic major pharmaceutical distribution companies. In recent years, domestic hospitals and drug distribution companies have actively explored advanced in-hospital logistics management models to solve these drawbacks of the traditional pharmaceutical management model during the "last mile",such as high cost, lack of effective monitoring of drugs in secondary warehouses and wards, and extensive inventory management. The SPD(Supply,Processing and Distribution)model based on the refined management concept is gradually introduced by large domestic hospitals. Therefore, this article aims to provide ideas and theoretical support for hospitals to implement the SPD model of medical management to solve the above problems.Firstly, this paper sort out and analyze the existing problems in drug management at R Hospital through interviews and field research.Based on the research on the connotation of the SPD model at home and abroad,a hospital drug management model under the SPD model was established. And in view of the existing problems of the drug management in the secondary warehouse of the R hospital and the ward, the proposal of setting up a distributed intelligent medicine cabinet in the ward was proposed to improve the traceability and safety of medicines at the end of the medicine supply chain. Then, based on the scenario where distributed intelligent medicine cabinets are set up in the ward,a mixed integer programming model for multiple medicines that takes into account the space constraints of the intelligent medicine cabinet and the distribution container in the case of demand determination is constructed.Numerical experiment is designed and solved using the CPLEX solver. The impact of the ward inventory space and the volume of the distribution container on the total costs was analyzed, and the distribution and inventory management costs under the two modes of inventory with and without ward inventory were compared though sensitivity analysis. The experimental results show that setting up medicine cabinet in the ward can effectively reduce times of distribution and reduce management costs compared with the traditional model. Finally, combined with the inventory method of the medicine cabinet and common drug management characteristics, the(s,S,R,Q)dynamic programming replenishment model is established, and numerical experiment is designed and solved by simulated annealing algorithm(SAA).The parameters of s,S,R,Q and the long-run average costs per unit time are analyzed. There is compare the(R,Q),(t,s,S)with(s,S,R,Q)replenishment strategies. And the experimental results show that(s,S,R,Q)replenishment strategy can better balance the relationship between distribution costs, holding costs and out-of-stock costs, and the long-run average costs per unit time is less. |
