Explore The Relationship Between TCM Constitution And The Level Of Uric Acid And General Items In Patients With Gout

Objective: To observe the influencing factors of male gout patients during the period of disease.The main observation items were the age of patients,the age of onset,the condition of joint pain,the number of joints involved,the number of attacks within one year,the highest level of blood uric acid,the level of blood uric acid at the time of diagnosis,the past history,family history,personal history,emotion,the classification of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Collected in June 2018,see a doctor in our hospital in January 2020 geriatrics department outpatient patients with gout,set by the clinical researchers use questionnaire on patients of related information and record the project including Chinese medicine constitution classification decision table,the blood uric acid in patients with the highest level,diagnosed with the blood uric acid level,age,age of onset,joint pain,involving the joint number,attack frequency of 1 year,past medical history,family history,personal history,emotional state.EXCEL was used for database establishment and SPSS 21.0 was used for data statistical analysis.Results:1.The age of onset was 29-40 years old,followed by 18-28 years old.Patients aged from29 to 40 accounted for 46.8%,patients aged from 41 to 48 accounted for 27.4%,and patients aged from 18 to 28 accounted for 9.7%,with an average age of 39.59.2.Only 11.3% of the patients were in the normal weight range,and the rest were classified as obese based on BMI.3.The frequency of the number of involved joints from high to low was 1 joint,0 joint,2joint,5 joint and 4 joint.The most frequently involved joints are the ankle joint,knee joint,first metatarsophalangeal joint,and dorsalis joint.4.When patients were diagnosed with gout,the uric acid level frequency ranged from high to low from 480 to 600umol/L,SUA≥600umol/L and SUA < 480umol/L,respectively.5.In this study,the traditional Chinese medicine constitutions accounted for 75%,single biased constitutions accounted for 16.13%,mixed constitutions accounted for 8.06%,and propensity constitutions accounted for 0.81%.6.Among the patients with a predisposition constitution,the tendency of qi deficiency is the highest,followed by the tendency of phlegm and dampness.7.Among different physical types,the highest average family history was Terin(2),followed by patients with the tendency of blood stasis(1.5),and patients with the tendency of blood stasis(1.25)and damp heat(1.25).8.Among the different types of constitutions,the patients with the highest average number of past histories were those with trin tendency(3);The average number of past histories with a dampness-heat tendency was 1.75,;The mean type of past medical history of the patients with mild symptoms was 1.55.The mean number of past history of phlegm-dampness patients was 1.31.The mean number of patients with blood stasis was 1.25.9.Physical types can be divided into single constitution,and two kinds of physical,three and four and physique,clip to constitution,tend to be physical,chi-square value of chi-square analysis respectively: age 0.444 to 0.957,the highest level of blood uric acid,onset age,diagnosed with the blood uric acid level 0.879 0.750,joint pain in patients with seizure frequency 0.990 within 1 year,starting joints,involving joint number 0.023,0.000 0.237BMI0.017,involving the joint and the circumstances.BMI,number of initial joints and number of involved joints were 0.246,0.584 and 0.374,respectively.10.According to statistical analysis,the correlation coefficient between the highest uric acid level and the number of involved joints at the time of diagnosis was 0.51 and 0.32,respectively;The P value between the number of attacks within 1 year and the uric acid level at diagnosis was-0.040,and the P value between the uric acid level at diagnosis and the number of involved joints was 0.029.The highest serum uric acid level and the number of attacks within 1 year were 0.029,and the number of involved joints and the serum uric acid level at the time of diagnosis were 0.Conclusion:1.In this study,the age of onset of gout patients was younger than that given in the guidelines,and overweight was a physiological characteristic of the group of patients with gout.2.After the classification and study of TCM constitutions,it was concluded that there was no obvious correlation between the patients’ TCM constitutions and their ages,age ofonset,highest level of uric acid,uric acid level at the time of diagnosis,number of joint pain attacks within 1 year,and specific conditions of involved joints.3.The TCMconstitutionofthepatientswascorrelatedwiththe number of first joints,BMI and involved joints of the patients,and the TCM constitution was closely correlated with the number of gout’s first joints,BMI and involved joints.4.Serum uric acid level in gout patients is closely related to the number of involved joints and the number of joint pain attacks within 1 year.5.Serum uric acid level in gout patients is closely related to the number of involved joints and the number of joint pain attacks within 1year.
