Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture for the treatment of Post-Stroke Sleep Reversal(PSSR),comparing the efficacy of pure acupuncture and acupuncture combined with sedative drugs in the treatment of PSSR,exploring acupuncture as a drug-assisted treatment Or the feasibility of alternative treatment. Methods:Sixty patients with PSSR who met the enrollment requirements were selected from the acupuncture ward and outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method. Each group had 30 people. There is no significant difference in gender, stroke type, and severity of the disease, which are comparable. Both groups of basic treatments were given routine treatment of stroke according to modern medical guidelines, and symptomatic treatment of patients’ underlying diseases.Observation group treatment plan: Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture + ear point embedding needle treatment, control group treatment plan: Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture + Zopiclone, both groups were given Xingnao Kaiqiao treatment in the morning, and the observation group received unilateral acupoint embedding needle,Each day after breakfast, after lunch, after dinner, and at 9 o’clock in the evening, one line of embedding acupuncture points were pressed;the control group was given zopiclone at night before bedtime. Both acupuncture treatment and drug treatment rest for 1 day after 3 consecutive days of treatment. After the needle is retained for 3 days, the contralateral auricle is selected for treatment. The rest is the same as above.1 week is a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. The Assens Insomnia Scale,Epworth Sleepiness Scale, and Insomnia Severity Index were used to evaluate the sleep quality of the patients. After the treatment period, the therapeutic effect was evaluated based on the sleep time at night and the improvement of the mental state during the day.All data were analyzed and processed using SPSS 25.0,using statistical methods to compare the relevant data between groups and within groups, and finally the analysis resultswere drawn.Results:1.General data such as gender, age, course of disease, type of stroke, and degree of neurological deficit among the two groups of patients. The comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant and comparable;the AIS scale score and ESS of the two groups before treatment The scale score and ISI scale score, the comparison result between groups P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, and was comparable.2.Before and after treatment, the AIS scale score, the ESS scale score, and the ISI scale score of the two groups were compared. The comparison results within the group were P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.3.After treatment, the AIS scale score, the ESS scale score, and the ISI scale score of the two groups were compared. The comparison between the groups was P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.4.After treatment, the total effective rate and recovery rate were compared. The comparison result between groups was P>0.05,and there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:1.Both groups of treatments can effectively improve the sleep quality of PSSR patients.Among them,Xingnao Kaiqiao combined with ear acupuncture treatment improves the daytime sleepiness of patients better.2.The overall efficacy evaluation of the two groups is equivalent, indicating that Xingnao Kaiqiao combined with ear acupuncture treatment cannot completely replace sedative drug treatment, but can be used as an effective adjuvant treatment plan.
