Objective:Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is currently the leading threat to human health.Coronary heart disease(CHD)is the most common clinical type.Cardiovascular disease risk prediction tools can help identify high-risk groups in a timely manner,early prevention,early diagnosis,early treatment,and help build an effective three-level preventive health management model.Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease is unique.However,there is currently shortage of coronary heart disease risk prediction tools with Chinese medicine characteristics.This study aims to non-invasively predict and evaluate the risk of coronary heart disease through the four-information information detection method of TCM,and provide reference indicators with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for early screening and intervention of high-risk patients with coronary heart disease,and conduct early exploration and research for follow-up Continue to study to lay the foundation.METHODS:A total of 320 patients with non-coronary heart disease and 413 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in four reports:tongue,voice,consultation,and pulse diagnosis.According to the Framingham Cardiovascular Risk Score(see Appendix V for a decade of heart disease in Framingham).The scores were divided into the Framingham 10-year coronary heart disease risk-risk group(=244),the intermediate-risk group(=60),and the high-risk group(=16).The Framingham 10-year coronary heart disease risk-risk group,intermediate risk The difference of 216 cases of low-risk group,55 middle-risk group,15 low-risk group and 240 cases of coronary heart disease in Framingham’s ten-year coronary heart disease risk:1 overall low-risk group tongue color G,B and S values were statistically different from those in the coronary heart disease group.The G and B values of the overall tongue color of the coronary heart disease group were higher than those of the low risk group(P<0.05),and the S value was lower than the low risk group(P<0.05).The G and S values of the overall tongue color of the middle-risk group were statistically different from those of the low-risk group.The G color of the overall tongue color of the middle-risk group was higher than that of the low-risk group,and the S value was lower than the low-risk group(P<0.05).2 The R,S and V values of tongue color in the tongue of the low-risk group were significantly different from those in the coronary heart disease group(P<0.05).The R,S and V values of tongue color in the tongue root of the coronary heart disease group were lower than those in the low risk group(P<0.05).The color of the tongue in the tongue of the middle-risk group was lower than that in the low-risk group(P<0.05).In the coronary heart disease group,the tongue color H of the tongue was higher than that of the moderate risk group(P<0.05).3 The G,B,and S values of the tongue color in the middle part than those in the low risk group(P<0.05).In the coronary heart disease group and the middle-risk group,the color of the tongue coating was lower than that of the low-risk group(P<0.05).The color of the tongue coating in the middle part of the coronary heart disease group was higher than that in the high-risk group(P<0.05).The color G value of the middle tongue coating was higher than that of the low risk group(P<0.05).In the high-risk group,the G value of the tongue-tipped tongue was lower than that of the middle-risk group(P<0.05).The G-value of the tongue-tipped tongue coating in the coronary heart disease group was higher than that in the high-risk group(P<0.05).The S-value of the tongue-tipped tongue coating in the coronary heart disease group was lower than that in the low-risk group.(P<0.05).The G,B,and V values of the tongue coating on the left tongue of the coronary heart disease group were higher than those of the low-risk group(P<0.05).The R,G,B,and V values of the tongue coating on the left side of the middle-risk group were higher than those of the low-risk group(P<0.05).The S color of the tongue coating on the left side of the tongue in the middle-risk group and the coronary heart disease group was lower than that in the low-risk group(P<0.05).The G and B values of the tongue coating on the right side of the middle-risk group were higher than those in the low-risk group(P<0.05).The G color of the tongue coating on the right side of the coronary heart disease group was higher than that in the low-risk group(P<0.05).The middle-risk group and the coronary were F0,F1,F2 and B4 In the middle-risk group(P<0.05);the F0 and F1 parameters of the middle-risk group were lower than the low-risk group(P<0.05);the F4 of the coronary heart disease group was higher syndrome appeared,while in the low-risk group and the intermediate-risk group,only a single qi deficiency syndrome,yang deficiency syndrome,and blood deficiency syndrome were observed.(4)Comparison of pulse parameters of 179 cases of Framingham’s ten-year coronary heart disease,45 cases of middle-risk group,13 cases of high-risk group and 346 cases of coronary heart disease:the pulse parameters h4/hl and t1/t of coronary heart disease group were lower than low-risk group,middle-risk group,high-risk group(P<0.05);coronary heart disease group pulse parameters h5/hl,t4/t,t5/t4,t1/t4,wl/t were lower than low-risk group(P<0.05);coronary heart disease The group pulse parameters h5/hl and wl/t were lower than those in the middle-risk group(P<0.05).The pulse parameters As/Ad in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the low-risk group(P<0.05).The pulse parameters t1/t4 in the coronary heart disease group were lower than that in the coronary heart disease group.High risk group(P<0.05).(5)Based on the basic data of 320 medical examination patients and 413 patients with coronary heart disease and the information of four diagnoses of traditional Chinese medicine,three decision tree algorithms such as C5.0,CHAID and C&R were used to establish low-risk,intermediate-risk,high-risk and coronary heart disease groups.For the classification diagnosis model,the classification accuracy rates were 91.717%,90.909%,and 87.071%,respectively.Conclusions:(1)There are differences in information parameters such as tongue diagnosis,sound diagnosis,consultation,pulse diagnosis,etc.in the low-risk group,middle-risk group,high-risk group and coronary heart disease patients with ten-year risk of coronary heart disease,reflecting the objective information of the four diagnoses of TCM.There is a certain reference value in the prediction of the risk of coronary heart disease.(2)The predictive model of coronary heart disease risk based on the four diagnostic information of Chinese medicine has a higher prediction accuracy rate for the four diagnoses.The four diagnostic information of Chinese medicine has a certain supporting role in establishing a predictive model for the risk of coronary heart disease.
