Comparison Of The Clinical Effect Between Surgical Resection And Radiofrequency Ablation In The Treatment Small Primary Liver Carcinoma

Objective:to evaluate the efficacy of surgical resection and radiofrequency ablation(RF)for primary small liver cancer(milanese standard).Research methods:a retrospective analysis of the second hospital of hebei medical university from 2010 to 2016,86 cases diagnosed as primary small hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with clinical data and return data,according to the treatment method is divided into laparoscopic group(49 cases)and RF group(37cases)and comparison of two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative complications rate,1,3 year survival rate,etc.ll data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software,the measurement data were expressed as x±s,t test was used,and the counting data were tested byχ~2test,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:the intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the RF group were significantly lower than those in the operation group,the postoperative complications were lower than those in the operation group,and the liver function injury was lower than that in the operation group,the difference was statistically significant.The tumor complete clearance rate was lower than that of the operation group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups in 1-year,3-year tumor-free survival rate and overall survival rate.Conclusion:surgical removal of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and RF therapy have similar efficacy in the recent survival rates and disease-free survival,and RF has small trauma,fewer complications,shorter hospitalization time,the advantages of repeatability,especially for elderly patients can’t tolerate surgery or tumor location for patients with surgically resected difficult is an ideal treatment option.
