Objective On the basis of conventional drug treatment, the acupuncture combined with straight eye acupuncture therapy(observation group)and simple acupuncture therapy(control group)were used to compare the treatment of wind-phlegm obstruction type acquired paralytic strabismus.Changes and differences in diplopia distance, strabismus, degree of eye movement limitation, and TCM symptom scores were further evaluated to evaluate the superiority of acupuncture combined with straight eye acupuncture for the treatment of wind-phlegm obstruction type acquired paralytic strabismus.Method Strictly according to the diagnosis and exclusion criteria of this experiment design, the patients who were diagnosed with wind-phlegm obstruction type acquired paralytic strabismus from January 2019 to December 2019 in the Department of Ophthalmology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine60 Cases(60eyes)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases(30 eyes)in each group. On the basis of conventional drug treatment, the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with straight eye acupuncture, and the control group was treated with simple acupuncture.Acupuncture point selection: Acupoint selection around the eyes:Jingming,Zanzhu,Chengqi,Sibai,Tongzili,Sizhukong,Yangbai,Yuyao,Taiyang, all of the above points are taken from the affected side;Acupoint selection: Fengchi,Hegu,Zusanli and Fenglong, both sides of the above points are taken.Needle retention for 30 minutes, once a day,two weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Straight eye puncture: Acupuncture 1mm behind the attachment point of the paralysis muscle, the depth is about 1mm,and the eyeball is moved back and forth 50-60 times in a gentle and fast manner. The treatment is given every other day,two weeks is a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Observe and record the distance of diplopia, strabismus, degree of eye movement limitation and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in both groups, and statistically analyze the data obtained using SPSS21.0 software to objectively evaluate theclinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment And security.Result1.Baseline situation: The two groups of patients were compared in terms of age, gender, and course of disease. The results showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable.2.Comparison of diplopia distance: before treatment, the distance of diplopia between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)and was comparable. Before and after treatment in the group, the difference in diplopia distance before and after treatment in the observation group was statistically significant(P <0.05);in the control group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In comparison between groups, the observation group was superior to the control group in shortening the distance of diplopia, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Results of strabismus comparison: Before treatment, the strabismus comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)and was comparable. Before and after treatment in the group, the difference in strabismus between the observation group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05);the comparison between the strabismus before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between groups, the observation group was superior to the control group in reducing strabismus, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Results of comparison of the degree of eye movement limitation: before and after treatment, the degree of eye movement limitation between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and was comparable. Before and after comparison in the group, the difference in the degree of eye movement limitation in the observation group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference in the degree of eye movement limitation in the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared between groups, the observation group was better than the control group in improving eye movement limitation, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.TCM symptom score comparison results: There is no statistically significant difference between the two groups of TCM symptom scores before treatment(P> 0.05),which is comparable. Before and after comparison in the group, the observation group compared thescores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the control group before and after treatment was compared, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared between groups, the observation group was better than the control group in reducing symptom scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).6.Comparison of curative effect of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: Observation group: 4 patients were cured,12 patients were effective,10 patients were effective,2 patients were invalid;Control group: 2 patients were cured,6 patients were effective,13 patients were effective,9 patients The patient was ineffective, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).7.Comparison of overall efficacy: the observation group: 11 patients recovered,16 patients improved,3 patients did not recover;the control group: 5 patients recovered,17 patients recovered, and 8 patients did not recover. The observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion1.Both treatments are effective for acquired paralytic strabismus with wind-phlegm obstruction.2.The effect of acupuncture combined with ocular muscle straight acupuncture treatment of wind-phlegm obstruction type acquired paralytic strabismus is better than simple acupuncture treatment.3.Acupuncture combined with eye muscle straight acupuncture treatment of wind-phlegm obstruction type acquired paralytic strabismus can significantly shorten the distance of diplopia, reduce strabismus, improve eye movement, and significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients.
