Analysis Of Medication Regularity Of Professor Hongmei Wang In Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris Based On Data Mining System

Aim:This study we explored professor Hongmei Wang’s medication characteristics and prescription rules of psoriasis,to summarize her experience of treating psoriasis,and to provide traditional Chinese medicine treatment experience of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:This study collected in November 2018 to December 2019,professor Hongmei Wang during the application of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth treatment prescription with psoriasis vulgaris,to enter patient information and prescription drug use Microsoft Office Excel 2016,IBM Statistics Modeler 18.0 24.0 and IBM software,using frequency Statistics,association rules Apriori algorithm,analysis of syndrome classification frequency,frequency and prescription drugs,frequency of symptoms,four,five,return,drug combination,etc.,The drug frequency,drug classification,four qi and five tastes,meridian regression,and high frequency information of director Hongmei Wang’s treatment of psoriasis vulgaris were obtained.The core drug combinations were deduced,and the medication rules and treatment experience of director Wang’s treatment of psoriasis vulgaris were summarized.Result:1.In this study,a total of 122 patients were enrolled,including 62 males(51%)and 60 females(49%).Male to female ratio is 1.05:1.There was no significant difference in the number of male and female patients;The age of onset was between 31 and 40 years old.2.Among the 122 patients and 287 prescriptions included in this study,85 were identified as having blood fever certificates,with a frequency of 189 times.20 people were identified as blood dryness witnesses,and the frequency was 51 times.There were 17 cases of blood stasis,with a frequency of 47 times.The high-frequency symptoms of each syndrome were as follows: the four symptoms with the highest frequency of blood fever syndrome: red tongue/tongue tip(77),red pharynx/sore throat/swollen tonsils(71),yellow liver/yellow greasy skin(69),dry mouth/thirst(58).The five symptoms with the highest frequency of blood dryness were pulse sink/sink fine(20),fatigue(16),poor appetite(16),poor sleep(16)and red tongue(15).The four symptoms with the highest frequency of blood stasis syndrome were hypertrophy/hypertrophy and dryness(19),dark/dark red(19),dull/fine/astringent(19),dark/dark red/petechial tongue(17).3.A total of 287 prescriptions were included in this study involving 172 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The top 10 most frequently used drugs were angelica,roasted licorice root,gardenia,atractylodes,cassia twig,caulis spatholobi,cortex moutan,codonopsis codonopsis,coix seed,pinellia.According to the types of drugs,the first three kinds of drugs are tonic for deficiency,antipyretic,antipyretic.The frequency of the four natures used is warm,cold,flat,hot and cool from high to low;the frequency of the five flavors is sweet,spicy,bitter,tasteless,sour,salty and sorghum from high to low;The channel tropism of medicine are the most common in the spleen,lung,liver,stomach,heart and kidney.4.A total of 40 groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained.Among them,the drug combinations rank in descending order of top 10 and support degree ≥15 included: Dangshen,caulis spatholobus,angelica;Turmeric,stiff silkworm;blood vine,gardenia,angelica;Sprig,roasted licorice,angelica;Caulis spatholobus,angelica;Caulis spatholobi,cassia twig,angelica sinensis;Caulis spatholobus,atractylodes,angelica;Dried ginger,magnolia officinalis,pinellia;Dried ginger,atractylodes,processed licorice;Cicada slough or stiff silkworm.Conclusion:Professor Hongmei Wang believes that psoriasis treatment is to strengthen body resistance and to eliminate evil.The treatment method is mainly to treat the blood division and dispel evil,respectively to cool the blood,nourish the blood,invigorate the blood to regulate the qi,and to nourish the qi,nourish the yin to nourish the body,so as to remove evil and restore the health of the body.
