Characteristics And Correlation Of Cunkou Pulse Wave,finger Volume Wave And BaPWV Of The Hypertension In Different Age Groups

Objective:By studying the characteristics of Cunkou pulse wave,finger volume wave and brachial-ankle pulse wave conduction velocity（baPWV）in healthy and hypertensive people and their relationship,an objective hemodynamic evaluation method for hypertensive people based on Cunkou pulse wave and finger volume wave detection was established.Method:1.Grouping method:Healthy people were divided into youth group（<30 years old）,middle-aged group（30～39 years old）,middle-aged group（40～49 years old）,and middle-aged and elderly group（>50 years old）.According to different classifications of hypertension,the subjects were divided into health group,hypertension grade 1group and hypertension grade 2 group.According to the course of hypertension,the subjects were divided into health group,hypertension prevalence<10 years group and hypertension prevalence≥10 years group.2.Experimental methods:Using self-developed multi-functional pulse diagnostic instrument to detect Cunkou pulse wave and fingertip volume wave;using atherosclerosis detector to detect baPWV and analyze their characteristic parameters;and using Pearson,Spearman and multiple regression equation to study the correlation between them.Result:1.With the increase of age,the increase of blood pressure and the prolongation of the disease course,the values of W_1/3R,h₃/h₁R,significantly increased（P<0.05）,the values of h₅R,h₅/h₁R,h₁/t₁R significantly decreased（P<0.05）;the parameters of finger volume wave h₃/h₁F,h₄/h₁F significantly increased（P<0.05）,the fingertip volume wave parameters h₅F,h₅/h₁F were significantly reduced（P<0.05）;Ba PWV value was significantly increased（P<0.05）.2.The 22 Cunkou pulse wave parameters of healthy people were positively correlated with 22 indexes of finger volume wave parameters（P<0.05）.There were positive correlations between the 17 indicators of the Cunkou wave parameters of the hypertension group and the 17 indicators of the finger volume wave parameters（P<0.05）.3.The Cunkou pulse wave parameters of W_1/3/t R,W_1/5/t R were positively correlated with baPWV（P<0.05）,h₅/h₁R and other indicators were negatively correlated with baPWV（P<0.05）;There were positive correlations between Finger volume wave parameters h₃/h₁F and baPWV（P<0.05）,and h₅F,h₅/h₁F,h₁/t₁F and other indicators were negatively correlated with baPWV（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.With the increase of age,blood pressure and duration,the parameters of Cunkou pulse wave and fingertip volume wave suggesting that left ventricular ejection function decreased and arterial compliance.The microcirculation function decreased and the pulse condition was deviated.The older the age difference,the higher the blood pressure and the longer the course of the disease,the more obvious the characteristics of the parameters are.2.There was a positive correlation between parameters of Cunkou pulse wave and fingertip volume wave.The parameters of Cunkou pulse wave and fingertip volume wave in hypertensive people were positively correlated.Cunkou pulse wave and fingertip volume wave were essentially two factors of vascular vibration（pressure）and flow in the form of waveforms which had the same origin.The results show that the waveforms of the two systems have greater synchronization,similarity,complementarity and substitution.3.Cunkou pulse wave parameters（h₃/h₁R,h₁/t₁R,RIR）and finger volume wave parameters(h₃/h₁F,W_1/3/t F)can be used as objective indicators for assessing the degree of arteriosclerosis.Age and blood pressure are the main factors affecting the pulse wave of the mouth,the volumetric volume of the finger,and the baPWV.
