| Objective: To observe the clinical efficiency of Zhu's Tiao Jing Fang in patients with early premature ovarian insufficiency and the impact on T cell subsets,to provide a more scientific,safe and effective treatment for patients with early onset ovarian insufficiency.Method: According to strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,122 patients with early-onset ovarian insufficiency from the gynaecology clinic of Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group(administered by Zhu's Tiao Jing Fang)and western medicine.The group(treated with oral fenflurazine)was treated continuously for 6 menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment,patients were observed to have changes in basal serum sex hormone levels,AMH,Th17,Treg,TGF-?,IL-10 gynecological ultrasound and TCM syndrome improvement.The improvement of menstrual symptoms was observed before treatment and after 6 months of treatment.Result:1.The scores of menstrual symptoms and TCM syndromes were improved after treatment in the two groups.The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 58.33%,and the total effective rate of the western medicine group was 87.47%.The traditional Chinese medicine group was in menstrual color and meridian.The improvement was better than the western medicine group(P<0.05);the western medicine group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group in adjusting the menstrual cycle and menstrual period(P<0.01);the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 85.71%,and the western medicine group totaled The effective rate was 65.78%,and the improvement of TCM syndromes in the Chinese medicine group was better than that in the western medicine group(P<0.01).2.After treatment,the serum FSH level(P<0.01)and serum E2 level(P<0.01)were increased,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in PRL,P and T values(P>0.05).3.The levels of serum AMH(P<0.05)and TGF-?(P<0.01)were increased after treatment in both groups,but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Th17 level(P<0.01),Chinese medicine group was better than western medicine group(P<0.01);serum Treg cells were up-regulated after treatment,Chinese medicine group was better than western medicine group(P<0.01);serum Th17/ after treatment The Treg ratio was down-regulated,and the Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group(P<0.01).4.After treatment,the peak flow velocity of ovarian systolic blood flow in both groups was improved(P<0.01),there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood flow resistance of ovarian arteries decreased,and the Chinese medicine group was better.Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhu's Tiaojing Recipe can effectively improve the symptoms and kidney syndrome of menstruation,like volume and color in patients with early onset ovarian insufficiency,and improve the quality of life of patients;2.Zhu's Tiaojing Recipe can reduce serum FSH level to a certain extent,increase serum E2 level,lead blood circulation smoothing and rushing,making the patency of the collaterals smooth,and the blood is sparse,thus regulating the balance of the HPO axis and improving the ovarian reserve function.;3.Zhu's Tiaojing Recipe can increase serum AMH content,enhance egg quality,delay ovarian function decline,reduce serum Th17 level,increase Treg cell level,reduce the infiltration of inflammatory mediators in ovarian tissue,and inhibit ovarian tissue inflammation.Reaction to improve follicular development;4.Zhu's Tiaojing Recipe can improve the peak flow velocity of ovarian arterial blood flow,reduce blood flow resistance index,improve ovarian matrix blood supply,provide nutrient basis for follicular development,promote follicular growth,thereby improving patients with early onset ovarian insufficiency The ovarian reserve function. |
