The Research Of Textiles Excavated From Han And Tang Dynasties In Eastern Xinjiang

As one of the cultural relics in Chinese ancient tomb sites,the production process and artistic style of textiles can not only demonstrate the unique regional culture and cultural characteristics of ethnic integration in relevant regions,but also reflect a certain extent about the state of production,textile technology,and regional political development.They are crucial importance to help people to understand the cultural characteristics of the various regions in the eastern part of Xinjiang.The eastern region of Xinjiang,known as the "The Crucial Jaws to the Western Region",is an the important intersection and a hub on the Silk Road connected the north-south,east-west as the Xinjiang ethnic groups gathered in the main area.It has created a brilliant history and national cultural prosperity.Western civilization is regarded as an important component in the local culture elements.In the recent years,with the large number of cultural relics unearthed in the eastern region of Xinjiang,it has aroused great concern and interest at home and abroad archaeological academia.A lot of textile fabrics treasures have been discovered from many tombs of Han and Tang Dynasties.The culture of the textile and apparel culture will let people praise it with its superb production technology and artistic style of the eastern region of Xinjiang.They have exhibited a unique regional and ethnic fusion culture.Meanwhile it has presented an open cultural attitude and characteristics.At the same time,in the eastern region of Xinjiang,lots of related researches about garments and textile have already developed profoundly.To some extent,it is helpful to build a solid foundation to proceed a further understand about the ethnic diversity and cultural development in some degree about the Han and Tang dynasties in eastern Xinjiang.Meanwhile,it is also helpful to us to have a further understanding about the silk road connected the East and the West and it has brought about amount of the influence of cultural exchanges.It has played an essential role on the culture and economy promotion.However,as an completed observation,the related research on the culture of the textiles unearthed in eastern Xinjiang is still inadequate.To have a further explosion and supplement would help people to understand the cultural exchange and ethnic integration in eastern Xinjiang during the Han and Tang Dynasties and to be familiarwith what the role of Xinjiang eastern region is on the Silk Road although it still has certain limitations.Therefore,with this background,this article is based on the archaeological excavation of Xinjiang archaeological relics in recent years,using the literature survey,induction analysis,theoretical analysis etc.and proceeding meticulous analyzing on the Astana ancient cemetery,Niya site,Yingpan cemetery and other major cemetery unearthed in the quality of textiles.From the textile material and type,the three aspects of textile production technology and diversity of the eastern region of Xinjiang conducted a more systematic and in-depth discussion.It summed up the diversity of causes and effects within east regions of Xinjiang especially for cultural exchange,migration,paternity and pro-policy,trade and trade development between the Western and the Eastern regions in the Han and Tang Dynasties.The Western periphery regime changed and some other reasons lead to the Xinjiang culture and garments diversified within some influence and formation of the reasons.Through the studying of the unearthed costumes,it also helps us to form a better understanding about the local politics,economy and cultural development in the east of Xinjiang in the Han and Tang Dynasties.
