The state attaches great importance to national unity after the founding of new China.General secretary JinPin Xi had a comprehensive analysis of domestic and international situation in the Central Ethnic Work Conference in 2014,and also had a profound exposition of Chinese ethnic work in the current and future a period of fundamental policy.The meeting pointed out that national unity is the lifeline of the people of all ethnic groups in China.The harmony of ethnic relations is the theme of the present time,which contains many ethnical and ethical norms for the harmonious and friendly relations among nations.Based on the perspective of ethics,this essay discussed the inter ethnic communication and ethical norms in the four parts of the annotated collection of Naxi Dongba manuscripts.The first part is discussing the unique Naxi relationship of man and nature with relevant material of human origin in ancient books.Explaining how the ancestors achieve the relationship between man and nature,interpersonal relationship through the myths,legends and ancestor worship.Thus uncover the philosophical basis,which are unique Naxi views of nature and life and death philosophy.The second part focuses on the economic,cultural and daily communication to analyze the types of the Naxi ethnic group and other ethnic groups in ancient books.The third part is analysis that Naxi nationality as the main body,and ethics of ethnic relations of Han,Bai,Tibetan and other ethnic groups in the ethical connotation of value identification.The summary of final part shown that the establishment of inter ethnic ethics is not static,is in the continuous integration of the various ethnic groups in the communication,with the development of a nation and the development of.
