In the Qing dynasty, there were four famous annotated works of Shang Shu.That's what it's called Jiang,Wang,Duan and Sun.As the initiator of the four, the degree of the complexity of the book is still not enough. In view of the little information about Jiang Sheng's life,I have made a deep excavation of the data, and also studied the version of the book.On the basis of extensive collation and the predecessors' studies,a number of important issues in this book's version have been further clarified, with pointing out Huang Qing Jing Jie's major mistakes and the occasional wrong-written of Jiang Sheng. At the same time, the argument of the so-called original regular script version book is refuted. Then I furtherly discuss the two versions of Huang Qing Jing Jie,the original version carved in Dao Guang and the supplement in Xian Feng. Then I give some comments of the new version of Ru Zang. The other part of this thesis is to evaluate Jiang Sheng's interpretation of the classic, examining the problem of sentence reading that he mentioned and the places that have always been controversial, and to expound its influence on the later generations,as well as to bring together the comments on Jiang Sheng and his works.I believe although Jiang Sheng held high the banner of Sinology,he intended to mix the past and the present in order to restore the old concepts so as to help the tiros to study Shang Shu.
