The bystanders on campus bullying are children who know that bullying is taking place in addition to bullies and victims.To correctly guide Bystander group in primary school bullying,make them a positive behavior choice to help the bullies and provide support for the bullies and strength are of great significance to reduce the incidence of primary school bullying and promote the healthy interaction between students.In this research,empirical research method was used.The relationship between status quo,characteristics,related factors of the primary school bullying bystander’s behavior and their empathy,prosocial behavior was investigated and studied.In this study,questionnaire survey was used to carry out the research,which consisted of five parts.In the first part,a questionnaire about the behavior of the pupils bullying bystander’s behavior was conducted.The psychological structure of the pupils bullying bystander’s behavior choice was preliminarily explored.In the second part,according to the questionnaire about the behavior of the pupils bullying bystander’s behavior,the characteristics of pupils bullying bystander’s behavior was investigated.In the third part,according to the questionnaire about the behavior of the pupils bullying bystander’s behavior,the effect of pupils’ experience of bullying or being bullied on pupils bullying bystander’s behavior.In the fourth part,according to the questionnaire about the behavior of the pupils bullying bystander’s behavior,combined with the Basic Empathy Scale Chinese Version(BES-C)"and" Adolescent Prosocial Tendency Scale(PTM)",the relationship between bullying bystanders’ behavior and empathy,prosocial behavior in school pupils was reviewed.The result shows that pupils’ empathy ability have prediction effect on their bystanders’ behavior choice during bullying,and prosocial has a mediating role between two types of promote the bullies and protection of the victim bystander behavior.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:(1)The psychological structure of pupils bullying bystander’s behavior includes three dimensions,respectively are: promote the bully,protect the victim,and by stand.The self-designed questionnaire about the behavior of the pupils bullying bystander’s behavior has good surveying index,which can be used as a measuring tool for pupilsbullying bystander’s behavior.(2)When Pupils act as bullying bystanders,their behavior level of positively help the victim is higher than that of negatively by stand and even promote the bullying behavior level.The pupils bullying bystander’s behavior have significantly characteristics in different demographic variables.(3)The school bullying experience or bullied experience of pupils have a clear predictive effect on pupils bullying bystander bullying bystander behavior,which has the most important prediction to protect victims’ behavior.(4)Emotional empathy and cognitive empathy are significantly related to pupils bullying bystander’s behavior.Emotional empathy and cognitive empathy are the most important predictors of the bystander behavior to protect the victims during bullying.But the prediction of the behavior of promote bullying and by stand are small.(5)During the relationship between bullying bystanders’ behavior and empathy,prosocial behavior in school pupils,the prosocial behavior between empathy and promote the bully behavior presents complete mediation effect,presents partial intermediary role between empathy and protect victim behavior,presents no intermediary effect between empathy and irrelevant behavior.
