| For all the time,the translations of <Ukiyoburo>and <Ukiyodoko>,translated by Zhou Zuoren in his later years,have been less regarded as the object of research.Therefore,in this thesis,the translation concept of his translation is the focus of the investigation.The purpose of this research is to analyze the translator’s own translation thoughts and changes in the translation practice,as well as the translators’ influence on the corresponding history,social culture and environment.On this basis,the representative comical works of Japanese traditional literature,which was translated by Zhou Zuoren in his later years,is the focus of the study,and all these will be the basis of the study on translation.The thesis is composed of 5 chapters,including the Preface,the Main Research(all the 4 chapters)and the Conclusion.The contents of each chapter are as follows.The Preface,the first chapter "Literature Review" and the second chapter "On the Translation of Zhou Zuoren in his late years",the third chapter "the Preparation of Translation: the collection of data,the beginning and the difficulty of translation",and the fourth chapter "the Translation Skills and Analysis of the Japanese translation-Style,Structure,Direct Translation and Alienation",and the Conclusion.Based on the above investigation and research,this paper aims to explore the following contents.Under the influence of social environment,Zhou Zuoren expressed his literary ideas through translation.It also explores the concept of comprehensive translation in the process of translation practice under the circumstances of history,culture and society. |
