English romantic literature has played an important role in the development of Chinese new literature and the construction of national spirit since it entered China in the late qing dynasty.Based on the foreign academics in Chinese history of literature in China since 1918 as the carrier,the British romantic literature in different period in the history of foreign literature describe the differences,these differences include the choice of the classical writers,interpretation of classical writers and works.Summarize the author’s acceptance in China,and contact the political,economic and cultural conditions of our country to explain the reasons why British romantic writers accept the change in China.The paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the general research.The first section mainly introduces the romanticism as the ideological emancipation movement,whose essence is freedom and emphasizes the subjectivity of the artist.The second section mainly introduces the romantic movement as a literary trend,which is the manifestation of the romanticism of the ideological liberation movement in the literary field.At the same time,it describes the political foundation,philosophy and other factors that influence the European romantic literature,and the development of romantic literature in European countries.The third section mainly introduces the development of English romantic literature,including three styles of poetry,fiction and prose,among which poetry achieves the highest achievement.The fourth section summarizes the characteristics of English romantic poetry in different periods,with a view to forming an isomorphism relationship with the introduction of English romantic poets in the history of Chinese foreign literature in the second part.The second part is about the different descriptions of English romanticism literature in the history of Chinese foreign literature at different periods.Paper,seventeen years before the founding of the period and after the three stages in the new period to describe the British romantic literature classic writers choose different interpretation of classics,the change of the classical writers evaluation and differences.Among them,before the founding of our country’s history of foreign literature to acceptance of British romantic literature in poetry and novels and prose style is given priority to,in theaspect of poetry basic established Wordsworth,Coleridge,byron and Shelley and Keats five classical writers poet status.Seventeen years period,China’s main for foreign literary history with the introduction of the English romantic poetry,with the introduction of the poetry also have a choice,mainly introduced the revolutionary militancy,critical stronger moro poets,away from the real struggle of the lake poets are seen as negative romanticism and critique,for its introduction is a blank.During this period,the introduction of English novels was mainly focused on Scott,and the prose was completely hidden from the English romantic literature.In the new period,with the introduction of the English romantic lake poets to recover slowly,mainly embodied in the "positive" and "negative" dichotomy of aesthetic point of view of criticism and gradually fade out highlights two aspects.The introduction of romantic novels is focused on Scott,but Scott has always appeared as a foil.The introduction of British romantic prose since the new era is not a single word.The third part,mainly discusses the English romantic novels and prose style in the Chinese history of foreign literature is the cause of the desalination,byron regarded literature before the founding of the root,lake school by critique of ideology factors in seventeen years period and byron in the translation and research of our country traditional factors of enduring poetics.
