In decision-making,the decision maker may make different decision behaviors because of the different cognitive degree of the rights to oneself and other participants,we call it as right cognitive effects. The experimental paradigm of third party punishment(that is,third-party arbitration negotiation)increases the experimental variation of third-party supervision based on the game decision paradigm. When injustice exists, people are willing to use third party punishment to safeguard social norms and fairness and stability.Integrated emotion refers to the subjective emotional experience associated with current judgment and decision-making,which is triggered by the current decision-making tasks(such as anger, fear, anxiety, etc.)and has a direct impact on decision-making.This study based on the theory of emotion as social information model, using the classical paradigm of the third party arbitration negotiation task-ultimatum game and dictator game to investigate the personal effects and interpersonal effects of integrated emotion and its interaction with the right cognitive mechanism.Experiment 1 choose 62 participants as proposers/distributors in the UG and DG third parties, then divide them into right prompting and non-right prompting groups to examine the existence of rights cognition effects in third party arbitration negotiation tasks.Experiment 2 choose 140 subjects as third-party arbitrators in UG and DG third-parties.Based on experiment 1,emotional introspection conditions are added to examine the personal effects of integrated emotion and their interaction with right cognition. In Experiment 3,60 subjects are selected as third-party arbitrators.Based on Experiment 1,emotional feedback of respondents is added to investigate the effect of emotional expression on participants’ decision-making,that is,the interpersonal effect of emotional integration. In the task of third party arbitration and negotiation, the subjects as the distributor/proposer are affected by the cognition of rights as well as the third party arbitrators.Compared with the no-rights prompts, the subjects with the right tips are more inclined to fair results; After adding this variable of emotion,it was found that emotion could significantly affect participants’ arbitration results that emotional self-examination and emotional expression could help individuals to make more rational judgments. However, the interaction between interpersonal effect and the cognition of rights do not reach the statistics significant significance.According to the three experiments, this study reach the following conclusions:(1)The distributors/proposers’ assignment in the ultimatum third-party arbitration are all greater than in the dictator’s third-party arbitration assignment which mean rights cognition effects are generated.(2)In the third-party arbitration negotiation task, the third party arbitrator of the right prompting group give less punishment than the non-rights prompting group which mean rights cognition effects are generated.(3)Under the condition of emotional introspection, whether or not there is a right prompt, the arbitrator’s penalties for the proposer are higher than those of no emotional introspection;which mean the individual’s personal effect of integrated emotions is arose.(4)Under the condition of emotional self-examination,the interaction between the personal effect of individual’s integrated emotion and cognitive rights is not significant.(5)Under the condition of emotional expression, whether or not there is a right prompt, the arbiter who receives the anger expression of the respondent give a higher amount of punishment than that of the happy and no expression of the respondent;which mean the individual’s interpersonal effect of integrated emotions is arose.(6)Under the condition of emotional expression, the interaction between the interpersonal effect of individual’s integrated emotion and cognitive rights is not significant.
