| Sergei Sergeyevich Prokofiev,a famous Russian composer and pianist,was one of the most outstanding musicians in the twentieth Century.His works can be divided into three periods.The first one is the period of childhood and juvenile study before 1918;the second one is the period of expatriate from 1918 to 1933;and the third one is the period of return to the Soviet Union after 1933.The work studied in this thesis is one of the most influential piano pieces in the youth of Prokofiev.The composer has made many bold and innovative attempts in composition and performance.This article is divided into three chapters.The first chapter introduces Prokofiev and"Visions fugitives" as a whole.Among them,in the first section,Prokofiev and his works were combed in a comprehensive way from the two aspects of composer’s life brief introduction,general works,creative thoughts and style characteristics.The second chapter analyzes the creation techniques of "Visions fugitives" from the two aspects of the harmony techniques and musical structure.Among them,the harmonization technique introduced in the first section is one of Prokofiev’s most innovative studies,such as parallel chord progression,chromatic harmonization,continuity harmony,and so on;In the second section,the author makes a systematic analysis of the musical structure of the 20 pieces of "Visions fugitives".In the third chapter,the author makes a comprehensive study of the artistic features and performance skills of "Visions fugitives".In the first section,Prokofiev’s five style features and performance style were discussed,including classical,innovative,dynamic,lyrical and harmonious features;In the second section,a number of issues in performance are studied.Through analysis and research,we can find that Prokofiev’s music creation is constantly exploring and innovating on the basis of traditional inheritance,thus forming his own unique musical language and musical style.The piano pieces of "Visions fugitives" are short and varied,and the composer has new attempts and unique skills in the composition techniques and performance skills.It is one of the most representative works of piano pieces in the first half of the 20th century. |
