| In the 19th NPC report,Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that our party has always maintained the flesh and blood ties with the masses,and with their trust and support,our party has led the people to move forward together to realize the great cause of socialism.Legitimacy of authority is the personal perception of authority and decision or principle that is appropriate reasonable and just.As the core operational definition,the voice has an effect on the perception of legitimacy of authority.However,the voice form not just distinguishes whether they have the right to express,also makes the further distinguish between formal voice and true voice under the situation of giving right.The empirical research at home and abroad mostly use the formal voice,less research to distinguish the formal voice and the true voice.In the new era,the major contradictions in Chinese society have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing need for a better life and the unbalanced development.Imbalance leads to different social classes holding different perception on legitimacy of authority.The relationship theory of authority legitimacy holds that the individual needs to be respected and recognized in the relationship of authority,compared with the high class the low class requires more respect and recognition.The core of this research is referring to social classes,when do the form of voice interact to influence legitimacy of Authorities?Based on it,the research explore the influence of the form of voice on the perception of authority legitimacy and the moderating effect of social class by experimental method.The first research chooses 50 postgraduates at random as subjects to do the single factor experiment(the voice form:no voices VS.formal voices VS.true voice),exploring when do voice interact to influence legitimacy of authorities.The result of one way-ANOVA indicate that subject’s perception of legitimacy of authority under true voice form is higher than subjects who under no voice form and formal voice form,p<.05,the form of voice has an effect on the perception of legitimacy of authority significantly.To be more specific,subject’s perception of legitimacy of authority under true voice form exceeds subject’s perception of legitimacy of authority under no voice form and the formal voice.The perception to legitimacy of authority between subject’s perception of legitimacy of authority under no voice form and no formal voice has no significant difference.The study 2a choose 105 college students participate,which is a 2(the voice form:formal voices VS.true voice)x2(social class:upper VS.low)between-subjects design.105 Chinese The simple effect analysis suggested that the effect size of the low social is higher than the upper social.On the base of the study 2a,the 2b chooses 80 adults as subjects to do the quasi-experimental study.the effect size of the low social is higher than the upper social.The results were consistent with the study of 2a,the social class has a significant effect on the relationship between the form of voice and the perception of authority legitimacy.To be more specific,compared with the upper social class,people in the low class under different form of voice have more strong effect on perception of legitimacy of authority,pay more attention to the true voice.In theory,this research carefully distinguishes the three forms of voice that are the true voice and voice and no voice,discuss the voice forms,effect on perception of legitimacy for authority,which enrich the research on voice effect and perception of legitimacy for authority.In the second research,the social class as the modulator variable is added,which analyzes the moderating effect of social class on the perceived relationship between the voice form and authority legitimacy and provides empirical support for the relationship model.This research provides the government with the service concept of "vary from individuals" in practice.This paper has discussed the two researches’ results,points out the future research directions and trends from the cognitive mechanism of research variables,research materials and results. |
