This study is a comparative study on the word formation of the foreign exchange between China and Japan.This paper aims to study the morphological characteristics and rules of Chinese and Japanese loanwords,and compare the results of the two words in the word formation,and finally draw the conclusion of this study.The research process will mainly use statistical method,analytical method,comparative method and inductive method.First of all,I collected relevant documents and dictionaries,etc.,and collected the information of Chinese and Japanese foreign words,and sorted out the scope of the study.Secondly,analyze all the foreign words collected and find out the phenomena and the regularity of the word formation.Thirdly,after summarizing the formation rules of foreign words borrowed from China and Japan respectively,the comparative study was conducted.Finally,the similarities and differences are summed up and the research is completed.After the analysis of this subject research,found that Chinese and Japanese foreign words borrowed each other widely exists in the word formation rules,and Chinese s structure and Japanese loanwords hybrid method of additional structure similarities as well as Chinese and Japanese loan words derivative similarities;On the other hand,the differences in word formation,summed up the four o 'clock,in the form of expression and form,the different main types of word-formation,both on the main methods are different,different from absorption way of word-formation and so on.After the above analysis of the results it is concluded that the loanwords,there are word formation,borrowed each other and have common similar rules,on the differences also exist in sharp contrast,of two different languages of the comparison of the foreign words in word formation contribute a meager strength.
