Analysis Of Content Of School-based Business English Teaching Material Of H Secondary Vocational School Of C City And The Improvements

English teaching in secondary vocational schools should not just satisfy students ’knowledge needs for job hunting,but also lay the foundation for their overall career development and follow-up education.Therefore,we must consciously create the innovative vocational education curriculum system and targeted school-based textbook construction.With the gradual deepening and promotion of English curriculum reform,many secondary vocational schools have started to develop English school-based textbooks.This study selects Business English school-based textbooks for H vocational school in City C,and proceeds from oral English communication skills.Based on the Secondary Vocational English Syllabus and the analysis of the needs of employers,the content of the teaching materials includes three aspects,namely vocabulary,pronunciation and material selection and arrangement,which are used for the overall analysis and evaluation of the contents of the school’s business English school textbooks.In this paper,the introduction mainly elaborates on there search issues,current research status,and research methods.The first chapter talks about the theoretical foundation.The second chapter talks about the problems in Business English oral course books,starting from the textbook content to conduct a questionnaire survey and interviews targeting at the teachers and students,and then the data analysis to identify the problem.The third chapter discusses the specific reasons for the existing problems of English textbooks for business school.The fourth chapter proposes suggestions for improvement based on the reasons for data analysis.
