With the development of “Chinese fever”,teaching Chinese as a foreign language has become more and more important.Meanwhile,the foreign students-oriented Chinese textbook plays a very important role in teaching Chinese as a second language.And the after-school exercises,as an important part of the foreign students-oriented Chinese textbook,can not only test the learning effect of Chinese learners,but also can greatly help Chinese teachers in teaching.The author was sent to South Korea as a Chinese teacher volunteer in March 2017 through the Office of the Chinese Language International Promotion Leading Group for a period of 11 months of teaching practice.According to the author's teaching practice in Yuantang Middle School and Gaoda Middle School in Tangjin City,Chungcheongnam-do,South Korea,the author compares the after-school exercises of the two sets of Chinese textbooks used by the two schools and discusses their advantages and disadvantages,hoping to do some contribution to the compiling of the South Korean students-oriented Chinese textbook.In this paper,the two sets of after-school exercises for South Korean students-oriented Chinese textbooks,Daily Chinese,is the research object,and literature analysis,inductivesummarizing method,comparative analysis,and quantitative analysis are used as the research methods.This paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the two sets of textbooks from the numbers of the questions,the types of the questions,the knowledge level,the skill training,the difficulty level and interest.Based on the above content,the paper proposes some specific suggestions and it is hoped that it can provide some help for the South Korean students-oriented Chinese textbooks writers and Chinese teaching volunteers in Chinese teaching.This paper can be divided into seven parts.The first part discusses the research background and significance of the topic selection,summarizes the relevant research status,and gives a detailed description of the research content,research methods,theoretical basis and innovation.The second part compares and analyzes the numbers and types of the questions in the two sets of South Korean students-oriented Chinese textbooks.Through statistical analyzing,the statistics of the number of exercises of the two sets of Chinese textbooks are collected and the questions are divided into subjective exercises and objective exercises.The author also uses Bloom's "classification of educational goals" theory to classify the questions.The third part mainly analyzes the differences in the knowledge level of the two sets of exercises.It also compares and analyzes the exercises from four aspects: phonetics,vocabulary,grammar,and Chinese characters.The fourth part mainly analyzes the differences in skill training between the two sets of exercises.It compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between exercises in listening,speaking,reading and writing skills of the exercises.The fifth part contrasts and analyzes the similarities and differences between the difficulty and interest level of the two sets of textbooks.The two classes are tested through the difficulty feedback,which helps the author get the students' feedback on the difficulty of different exercises.The sixth part based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward some related suggestions to the authors and users of the textbooks.The seventh part mainly summarizes the previous comparative analysis,analyzes and summarizes the lack of research,so as to point out the direction for follow-up research.
