The Research On The Source Of Measure Word And The Relationship Between "Noun-Quantifier" St Ructure Compounds And "Numeral-Quantifier-Noun" Stru Cture In Modern Chinese

Since the Ma Shi Wen Tong,scholars have made fruitful achievements on naming,origin,classification and collocation of quantifiers and studies on “N-Q”structure compounds.Although there are current research results on the source of individual quantifiers,the systematic research on the origin of quantifier term quantifiers and the related research on the relationship between quantifier compound nouns and the structure of "quantitative names" remain to be in-depth.For example,For example,“Piece”has three meaning items as quantifiers.The first meaning item is used for filming;the second meaning item is used for ground and water;the third meaning item is used for scenery,weather,language,mind,etc.Whether the source of these three quantifiers are the same is yet to be verified;In addition,“a piece of meat” can be said to“roupian” in Chinese,but “one piece of cloud” cannot be said to be “yunpian”.How the correspondence between the “quantitative name” structure and the famous compound word also needs to be further studied.This article intends to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the origin of nominal quantifiers in modern Chinese.And attempts to study on the relationship between “N-Q-N” structure of monosyllabic quantifiers and the corresponding “N-Q” structure compounds from semantic feature and combination aspect,in order to find out the origin of the nominal quantifiers,we can find out the relationship between the structure of “quantitative names” and the corresponding famous compound words.The main contents are as follow:First,introduces the research background,research methods and theoretical basis of the research,explains the scope of the quantifier selection and source of corpus.The second part is a description the origin of the meanings of modern Chinese quantifiers.First of all,introduce the classification and its standard of the quantifiers used in this paper.And explain the origin of each quantifier based on the classification situation.Then,which kind of sense of words dose quantifier meaning developed from is discussed.Is it nouns,verbs or other words? The illustration in the research range is given,the study of the origin of quantifier meanings not only helps people to master the collocation laws of quantity structure and nouns,but also helps to analyze the semanticfeatures of quantifiers.This helps to analyze the combination of noun semantics and quantitative word meanings.The third part is discussing the relationship between modern Chinese compound compounds and corresponding “quantitative name” structure.According to corpus surveys,this part explains the determination methods and standards of compounds,which are divided into "N-M" and "N-N" two types of compounds according to the reality.This part also explores the reason that "N-Q-N" structure of monosyllabic quantifiers can form corresponding “N-Q” structure compounds according to the relationship between quantifiers and nouns semantic features and combination,which will be exposited from the aspect of semantic of quantifiers and nouns.A summary of the presented law will be given.Last part is a conclusion with the deficiency of this thesis,and pointing out the deficiencies of this article and places to be in-depth.
