A Study On The Attitude Of The Workers For Disability To The Disabled

Because of the influence of physical or psychological defects,the disabled are often restricted in the process of living or participating in social activities,and they encounter various obstacles in the process of realizing their rights.With the progress of social civilization,human rights have been paid more and more attention,and the rights of the disabled have been paid more attention.In recent years,the cause of the disabled in China has made great progress under the support of national policy and social support,and the quality of life of the disabled has been improved.The disabled artificial author is defined as the representative,the manager and the service of the disabled.They are the main forces to promote the development of the disabled.In the study,the disabled artificial authors mainly include the disabled persons’ system or the workers who have been legally registered by the relevant departments for the work of the disabled people for more than one year.There are three categories of staff,including disabled workers,non-governmental organizations and special committees for disabled persons.The disability attitude is a psychological state of people’s affirmation,denial,approach or avoidance of the social existence of the disabled and their disability state.It includes three aspects of cognitive,emotional and behavioral components.The society has given high attention and support to the disabled.With the promotion of the current policy and production level,the cause of the disabled has achieved certain achievements.The medical rehabilitation,employment,education and other aspects of the disabled have been greatly improved,which can not be separated from the efforts and efforts of the disabled artificial authors,but the development of the disabled people’s life.In the present situation,the living standard of the disabled is far behind the living standard of the healthy people,and their rights and interests have not been fully guaranteed.The research shows that the negative attitude of the public to the disabled is the main obstacle to the smooth integration of the disabled.The disabled workers as the representative of the disabled,they are in addition to the family and the disabled highest contact frequency,closely related to the social groups,they are disabled services,is a defender of the interests of persons with disabilities and strive for,is the cause of the disabled practitioner,their attitude towards the disabled disabled career development quality and speed guarantee.In this study,the AMP paradigm was used to measure and analyze the disability attitude of the disabled person.Disability attitude can be divided into explicit attitude and implicit attitude.Explicit attitude refers to the cognition,evaluation and behavioral tendency of individuals who are conscious participation,social pressure and social approval.The implicit attitude of disabled individuals refers to the individual’s cognition and behavioral tendency towards the disabled and their handicapped state under the condition of unconscious participation or less conscious control.It avoids the social pressure and social approval effect on individuals,and has high ecological validity.In the study,we made an understanding of the status quo of the disabled person’s implicit attitude and explicit attitude towards disability,discussed the influence of the identity of the disabled authors on these two attitudes and the degree of identification of the disabled writers under different abilities.On the basis of study 1,the second study adds the contextual priming factors to explore the effectiveness of situational priming effect in the change of attitude by setting up positive moral situation,positive ability situation and neutral word situation.In order to provide theoretical reference for the intervention research on disability attitude change of disabled workers in the future,the improvement degree of disability attitude under three starting conditions is compared.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)disabled persons with social disability services have positive disability attitudes,(2)the disabled author has a positive explicit attitude towards disability and a negative implicit attitude towards disability.There is a certain degree of separation between implicit attitudes and explicit forms of disability.(3)disabled artificial authors have a higher sense of identity for disabled people with athletic ability and ability to live.(4)situational priming can effectively promote the change of implicit disability attitude of disabled authors.(5)the effect of moral priming in the process of changing the implicit disability attitude of the disabled authors is better than that of the ability starting effect.
