Northern song dynasty Henan book prime minister as a large group in the period of the northern song dynasty,and their foresight and genuine of political,economic,diplomatic and other aspects of the northern song dynasty plays a very important role.The author from the regional distribution of Henan book prime minister,with a new perspective to the group of political and literary grace of Henan book with prime minister overall research and analysis,and tries to explore the number of Henan book prime minister during the period of the northern song dynasty occupied the first reason,and to explore the literary creation of Henan book prime minister on the relationship between the prime minister of literature and regional culture,etc.,for the development in song dynasty literature and the cultural differences,promote a powerful province of Henan cultural industry,and it’s meaningful to the construction of modern spiritual civilization.This paper is divided into four parts.First of all,the number of prime ministers in the northern song dynasty was determined by means of "song history",which further confirmed the number of prime ministers in the river,and tried to analyze the reasons for its distribution pattern.Secondly,the paper discusses the influence of Kyoto culture and the regional academic environment of Henan on the prime minister.Thirdly,Han Qi is the representative of the literary thought of the prime minister of the river.Finally is the Henan book works overview of the prime minister and subject analysis and rich characters of male poetry,and try to differences of two poems on the reason analysis,hope to be able to play the role of the topic.
