| In the era of global context,international cooperation is increasingly become a mainstream model in co-develop of the world,international cooperation summits are also become ritual and periodic great event in diplomatic stage of each county,which mass media pay more attention to.They expand visual practise in external communication actively under the flood of visual cultural-oriented and media reforming.International summit propaganda film is the second window open to external communication after image film,in which how to utilize visual text tell Chinese stories is not only a challenge to media but also offer a kind of research object and issue for academic circle.The Belt and Road Initiative proposal is a greatest project for China entering a new period,for it’s four years since it was put forward,constructed project,shared fruit to host summit.This paper take the Belt and Road Initiative international cooperation summit as an example,discussing in what way the mass media transform it’s information dissemination,and produce cultural meaning by visual symbols.Meanwhile in what path the symbol myth was to expressed and decoded in promo,finally used to construction the value,and the technique embedded accomplish logic formulation.This study is divided into five parts based on theories including visual culture,semiotic and film communication etc,researching with method of case study,visual and content analysis.In the first chapter,decoding study object,deeply discussing it’s character in multi-modal method so that keep steadily.Then analyzing the technical factors about visual context and logic in the second chapter.Thirdly,elaborating superficial and macro content of the film,including cultural landscape,emotion contents and narration.In the forth chapter,explores the microscopic significance,about how the symbols reproduce and constructs the social values of ego and community.Finally,having a profound consideration towards this mainstream cultural product,revealing existed problem andcoming up sufficient advice.As a consequent,the study indicate that the summit film has been a mainstream visual culture in new media during the summit.It’s a news product combined with public relation skills,promoted by symbol and technology cohered to guideline of media,forming senses rely on social and culture injection. |
