Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Construction And Development Of Qualified Units Of Movable Cultural Relics Restoration In China

In recent years,the cause of cultural relics has been booming in China and the demand for movable cultural relics restoration has greatly increased.Therefore,in 2014,the State Administration of Cultural Heritage promulgated new regulations to lower the entry threshold of the industry and increase the supply of movable cultural relics restoration.At the same time,in order to control the quality of cultural relics restoration and promote the healthy development of the industry,the State Administration of Cultural Heritage adopted assessment means to supervise the qualification units of movable cultural relics restoration.This article is based on the project of "Research on the Evaluation Index System of the Operation of the Qualification Units for the Restoration of Removable Cultural Relics" to study the influencing factors of the construction and development of the qualification units for the restoration of movable cultural relics.On the one hand,it provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the index system,on the other hand,it provides a certain reference for the administrative department in charge of cultural relics to carry out effective supervision and promote the development of the industry in the future.This paper firstly applies the proposed homogenization model and the non-linear treatment of the contribution rate under the dual principles of contribution size and conservation in the field of restoration of minor cultural relics to obtain the performance indicators of the units qualified for the restoration of movable cultural relics.Then,based on the results of previous research on the factors influencing the construction and development of enterprises and related industry institutions,the factors influencing the construction and development of units qualified for the restoration of movable cultural relics were preliminarily selected by means of expert investigation.Finally,the real influencing factors were obtained by using the method of multivariate linear regression analysis:the number of foreign exchanges and cooperation,the number of masters and doctors,the number of senior professional titles,the number of technical personnel engaged in the restoration of movable cultural relics and the number of technical personnel trained in cultural relics restoration.
