To Study The Related Problems Of Christian House-churches In China According To Law

In recent years,Christianity has been widely spread in rural pastoral areas,urban communities and university campuses in China,some of which has formed different characteristics and types of house-churches,whose illegal religious activities have become a hot and difficult problem in social governance.This paper takes the Christian house-churches as the research object,we visit relevant management departments、control units and interview house churches.We do a series research of The Christian religion,Three-Self Patriotic Movement of the Protestant Churches and house-churches,analyze the characteristics of house-churches and its influence on social stability,summarize the obstacles to the inclusion of house-churches in the rule of law and the successful experience of International Christian social governance,sum up the thinking on strengthening the governance of Christian house-churches in China according to law.The above four part makes an analysis of current situation,characteristics,causes and effects on social stability of the development of Christian house-churches in China,summarizes obstacle that current Christian house-churches could not included in the orbit of the rule of law and successful experience of International Christian social governance.Meanwhile,the policy assumption and personal thinking ofstrengthening the Christian house-churches social governance in accordance with the law are put forward,hoping to arouse the attention of the relevant institutions and departments in the society and provide policy reference.
