Research On The Spirit Of Craftsman In The Perspective Of Chinese Traditional Ethics

With the development of today's society,especially the industry entering the 4.0 era,the "craftsman spirit" as the original spiritual quality given to artisans has been re-emphasized and injected into new meanings.In the National development strategy,the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is imperative.The way to achieve this is to make the entire product structure higher value added,energy conservation,environmental protection,and high-tech transformation,and put forward considerable requirements for the quality of the manufacturing team.The craftsman's spirit is an important factor to ensure the smooth realization of the strategy.It can greatly improve the quality of laborers,improve the quality of products,and accelerate the transformation of science and technology to productivity.In the social value orientation,the people's growing demand for a better life and the development of the imbalance appear to be not fully contradictory,the society is more and more demanding on the supply side of the product,and the laborers engaged in production also bear huge professional responsibilities accordingly.The craftsman's spirit is to ensure that professional people love and work hard,concentrate on their duties,meet the needs of society,and achieve the people's requirements for social products and social environments.In the process of personal growth,the times have entered the stage where individuals are highly pursuing freedom and paying attention to the realization of self-worth.The combination of national development background and individual needs to cultivate a large number of laborers who can consciously participate in creation.Through the development of their own subjective initiative,China's manufacturing quality and brand will be promoted,and China's competitiveness will be ranked among the top in the world.The emphasis on artisan spirit requires more in-depth theoretical research.In particular,the ethical research on artisan spirit is still very limited.Strengthening the research on this dimension has important theoretical significance and academic value.The existing theoretical interpretation of artisan spirit is mostly based on Western theory.However,artisan spirit is not the product of Western culture,but also contains artisan spirit in Chinese traditional culture.The relationship between Chinese traditional culture and artisan spirit,or the connotation and spirit of Chinese traditional culture contained in artisan spirit,is that the propaganda and cultivation of artisan spirit in contemporary China need to be answered in theory.The main intention of this paper is to study artisan spirit from the traditional Chinese ethical perspective.Firstly,the modern connotation of artisan spirit is described.Later,it is also the main body of this article.It divides the ethical dimension of artisan spirit in the traditional Chinese ethical perspective.This paper analyzes the ethical spirit of "sincerity","faith" and "respect" contained in artisan spirit from the three dimensions of person and thing,person and person,person and oneself respectively;Finally,the paper analyzes the present situation of contemporary Chinese artisan spirit and the cultivation of artisan spirit based on traditional Chinese ethical and cultural resources.Through these studies,the author makes a preliminary excavation and explanation of the traditional Chinese culture foundation of artisan spirit,and tries to provide a localized theoretical basis for the creation of artisan spirit in contemporary China.
