A Research On Chinese Character Writing Ability Of Vietnamese Students

The teaching of Chinese characters is an important aspect in the teaching of international Chinese.By learning Chinese characters,we are not only going to compact the basis of Chinese character writing,improve the level of Chinese.But At the same time,Chinese culture can be understood through Chinese characters.However,with the development of this information age,people are accustomed to relying on computers to input Chinese characters,and fewer opportunities to write and write,which,to a certain extent,leads to a downward trend in Chinese writing ability of college students.Getting to forget the word pen,writing illegible,stroke order to regulate the operation of a common phenomenon.In this context,the study of Chinese character writing ability is becoming more and more concerned by Chinese researchers and Chinese teachers.However,the research on this kind of problem is scarce,and the research on the writing ability of Chinese students is less.Based on this,we based on previous research systematically,the Vietnamese foreign students Chinese characters writing ability as the research object,through the questionnaire,Chinese characters writing Chinese characters written tests and interviews,survey of Vietnamese students in writing Chinese characters.At the same time,the survey data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics20 and Excel 2007.Through our research,in the overall understanding of the Vietnamese students Chinese characters writing ability under the condition of the difficulties and problems in their Chinese characters writing,and then to explore the correlation between the Vietnamese students and the writing ability of Chinese characters in different individuals,in order to put forward in the second language teaching and learning strategies of students Chinese characters Chinese characters written comments and suggestions the Vietnamese students.The result of the survey shows that the attitude of Vietnamese students in writing Chinese characters is better.in the accuracy,their writing of Chinese characters can reach a good level.In beauty aspect,they write their Chinese characters well and generally account for the vast majority,although it is not very beautiful,but it is nottoo bad.Students use keyboard to input Chinese characters for a long time,with short handwritten Chinese characters and poor ability to write Chinese characters,mainly due to lack of initiative,teachers’ writing on blackboard,poor blackboard writing,and teachers’ insufficient attention to teaching Chinese characters.They write the main problems when Chinese characters concentrated in order errors,many similar characters do not know how to write,illegible,and forget the word pen typos etc.It is also found that,in addition to the length of handwritten Chinese characters,aside from long handwritten Chinese characters,there was no significant correlation between the factors of gender,major and grade on learners’ Chinese writing ability.
