The concept of "global village" has been closely linked with all countries in the world. The exchanges and cooperation between different countries in politics, economy, culture, education and other aspects are also becoming more and more frequent.More and more people choose to learn another language other than their own mother tongue. To master a language, the study of spoken language is crucial. The learning process of the second language is essentially building a pronunciation space based on the pronunciation space of mother tongue but different from it.Of course, this new pronunciation space is to a certain extent constrained by the pronunciation space of mother tongue.Based on the above considerations, this paper uses the Chinese pronunciation corpus of 30 learners(learners are Uyghur learners who use Chinese as a second language)and 10 Chinese native speakers as basic data to discuss the pronunciation patterns of learners' mandarin diphthongs and similarity to standard pronunciations.First of all, using the theory and methods of experimental phonetics, comparative analysis and error analysis,we exam and analyze the acoustic features of different levels of learners in the learning process, and the pronunciation and bias of learners' mandarin diphthongs are obtained. From the experimental results,it can be seen that the three groups of learners all have some difficulties in pronunciation of mandarin diphthongs. In particular, the learners have the greatest differences to standard pronunciations when pronouncing the diphthongs [ua] and [uo].And some important rules and conclusions are summarized through experiments. This provides an important reference for problem of diphthongs pronunciation in learner's Chinese speech synthesis and recognition.Secondly, the pronunciation analysis based on speech recognition uses the EMD algorithm to compare the similarities between the diphthongs' pronunciations of learners and Chinese native speakers. The analysis of the experimental results focus on the possible pronunciation errors in learner's mandarin diphthongs learning are obtained. In addition, the lower similarity of learners' pronunciations when they pronounce double vowels [ao] and [uo] may be because the pronunciation of these two diphthongs are similar to that of monophthong. This experimental method and results are helpful to the Computer Assisted Language Learning System of Uyghur Learning Chinese Mandarin and the corresponding pronunciation evaluation model.
