The red revolutionary history,culture and revolutionary spirit should be the cultural forms and spiritual concepts that all Chinese people have infiltrated into the heart.However,the revolutionary era has been far away and the direct influence of red revolutionary history and culture and revolutionary spirit on us have been very little.The key to the inherit the red revolutionary history and culture becomes the important issue of whether the red revolutionary history and culture can be spread effectively.This paper analyzes the present situation of the Red revolutionary history and culture by combining the artistic creation means of Red revolutionary history and culture and its means of communication with various ways of disseminating information in Contemporary Times,and studies whether the information animation can spread the Red revolutionary history and culture effectively in practicing the revolutionary history of Zhao Jin by means of information animation,taking the revolutionary history of Zhao Jin as the information subject matter and creating related information animation.Located in Yaozhou District,Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province and adjacent to Gansu Province,Zhaojin Town is the central area of the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Base Revolutionary Base area,and the Memorial Hall of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base area in Shaanxi-Gansu border is situated here.Now Zhaojin Town is one of the many red tourist spots in China,and it is also a patriotic education base for teenagers.The history of the Zhaojin Revolution is also the history of the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Base Revolutionary Base area.Since the defeat of the Great Revolution in 1927,the early revolutionary base areas had been established in 1932 under the leadership of the communist party of China Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee such as Liu Zhidan,Xie Zichang,Xi Zhongxun and other older generation of revolutionaries who had drained the cup of bitterness to the dregs,and was formally established in 1933.Also,the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Base Revolutionary Base area and the Northern Shaanxi revolutionarybase area both formed the Northwest Revolutionary Base area in 1935 and had become one of the few remaining revolutionary base areas in Chinese history.The struggle in the Shanxi-Ganbian revolutionary base area is long,and its historical influence is relatively profound from the point of view of time,but it’s bleaker compared with the Revolutionary Base area of Northern Shaanxi with Yan’an as the Center.It is more appropriate to choose Shaanxi-Gansu revolution as the subject matter of animation creation and cultural communication from many aspects.Information animation is actually a branch of MG animation,that is,Motion Graphics Animation,which is simply translated into graphic animation or dynamic graphics in Chinese.And almost all animation production categories are included regardless of its original concept or the meaning of translated text.In recent years,due to the introducive graphic animation like "UFO Talk ",which is based on knowledge,news,current hot spots,etc.,the connotation of MG animation has been set in a narrow sense with information transmission as the main purpose of graphic animation(that is,the information animation in this paper),and had been more and more widely spread at home in China.Information Communication ability of Information Animation and the acceptance of people is rather beyond doubt larger.Whether the combination of historical revolutionary information and information animation can achieve the purpose of transmitting revolutionary historical and cultural information and spreading red revolutionary spirit is the proposition to studied in this practical creation.
