With the continuous warming of "Chinese hot",Mandarin teaching is developing in the direction of nationalization and specialization, and increasing numbers of students are not suited with fundamental communication, which provides the soil for fine teaching. All of natural languages have intonation, but the intonation modes between the tone languages and non-tone languages are different. The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance for further teaching reform and design through the acquisition of intonation in the intermediate stage by the students whose native languages are non-tone languages.Turkic Languages are one of the three families in Altai family. It is widely distributed in Western Asia,Central Asia and Northern Asia. There are similarities, such as speech, vocabulary, grammar, etc.,and most of them can interoperate. The history of Turkic states and China have had a long-term contacting, and with the initiation of Belt and Road Initiative, more and more students in these countries going to China in order to learn Mandarin. We think that using Turkic Languages to research has the pertinence, operability and practicability. In this paper,6 middle level Mandarin learners of Turkic languages from the College of Chinese Language and Culture,Jinan University were selected as the experimental group, and 2 Postgraduate students with the major of MTCSOL at the 1B level were selected as the standard group. We selected the grade five vocabulary and sentences of HSK syllabus, the compilation of words, thesaurus, statements, interrogative sentences, double branches interrogative sentences, and stress Sentence table, and let the experimental group and standard group record separately. The pitch is extracted by Praat.Compared with the experimental group and the standard group,it is found that the learners are basically able to pronounce the pronunciation of the word, but with the increase of complexity and the entry of the intonation in the sentence, the accuracy of the pronunciation is decreased rapidly. This paper thinks there are two reasons for this result: first, the limited of tone training;second, the lack of intonation training. In order to further identify the reasons, two groups of experimental subjects and a Chinese teacher were recorded and interviewed respectively. The results of the interview not only verify the above conclusions, but also make us further find that the current Chinese,Asian,American and European separated teaching method has a scientific and pertinent problem. Finally, this paper puts forward the relevant achievements in the study of "boundary tune" in the intermediate stage, and carries out special training and "intonation stress" in the teaching of special training and "intonation",and puts forward the teaching reform of the division of language families.
