The Study On Chinese Ocean Documentaries Under The Background Of Belt And Road

The development of Chinese ocean documentaries is inseparable with the ocean policies and ocean culture of China since it was born in the 1950 s.It has recorded the history of our country which has developed from a big sea country to a powerful sea country,and presents the ocean culture that continues to inherit and develop among the Chinese nation.Under the background of the globalization,President Xi Jinping has put forward the national initiative of "Belt and Road" in 2013."One way" refers to the construction of the 21 st century Silk Road on the sea,which has brought new opportunities for the ocean documentaries development.Therefore,the research and discussion of ocean documentaries under the background of "Belt and Road" will be not only of great academic value,but also of certain practical significance.Based on the carding of history,this article has taken some Chinese ocean documentaries as the blueprint,combined with the background of the initiative of "Belt and Road" and launched the analysis and research of the creation features and development strategies of Chinese ocean documentaries.The article is divided into four chapters.Chapter 1 discusses the basic concepts and the development of Chinese ocean documentaries.Chapter 2 introduces the dialectical relationship between ocean culture and the creation of ocean documentaries,it also discusses the influence of Chinese ocean culture on Chinese ocean documentaries.Chapter 3 focuses on the analysis of the creation features of Chinese ocean documentaries under the background of the Belt and Road initiative.Chapter 4 puts forward some constructive suggestions on the creation of Chinese ocean documentaries,and explores the ways to achieve the goal of "going out" of the Chinese ocean documentaries through the exchange platform provided by "Belt and Road".
