The "zi" suffix of Qingliang dialect has its own characteristics, and it is necessary to do a special research. At the same time,in many dialects,"zi" suffix and "er" suffix have disputes in pronunciation, which makes the boundary between them blurred. There is a debate about whether the "zi" suffix of some dialects are really "zi",so this paper makes a comprehensive thematic study on the "zi" suffix of Qingliang dialect from the aspects of pronunciation, grammar and semantics. It is also helpful to study the "zi" suffix in other dialects. So this thesis chooses the "zi" suffix of Qingliang dialect as the research topic. This thesis will make a comprehensive study on the phonetic, semantic and grammatical aspects of the "zi" suffix of Qingliang dialect. There are five parts:The first part is the introduction. This paper first introduces the general situation of Shexian County, then summarizes the current situation of relevant research, and then lists the purpose, significance and methods of this study, and finally describes the phonetic system of Qingliang dialect. The second part is to make a distinction between the "zi" and the "er" suffixes of Qingliang dialect in pronunciation, which is carried out from three aspects: one is from the phonetic form and the regularity, the other one is through acoustic comparison. And the third one is from the horizontal contrast of dialects. The third part is the study about the phonetic forms of "zi" suffix of Qingliang dialect and the analysis of its characteristics and conditions.Combined with the analysis of phonetic experiment,it is considered that there are three kinds of phonetic forms in Qingliang dialect, all of them belong to the self-syllable tail: one of the phonetic forms is self-syllable [l?];the other one is self-syllable [?],another special case is the structure of " x + zi + er ",in this structure, the phonetic form of the " zi " suffix is [t?],and the combination tone with "er" is [t?r].At the same time,it is believed that this kind of phonetic changing and phonetic differentiation is not purely phonetic. It is not only a superficial phonetic representation, but also has deep phonetic, semantic, grammatical and pragmatic constraints. The fourth part is the study of word formation and word meaning category and distribution of the "zi" suffix of Qingliang dialect.Word formation mainly includes the study of wordformation type and word formation function; And the word meaning is mainly combined with the word of “er” suffix of Qingliang dialect, and give a study about the word meaning categories and distribution characteristics of the "zi" suffix of Qingliang dialect. The fifth part is the conclusion. It mainly summarizes the article and puts forward the problems that need to be further studied in the future. The innovation of this thesis lies in the more objective analysis and research on the pronunciation form of the "zi" suffix of Qingliang dialect, which is combined with the method of experimental pronunciation. However, due to the limited time, the collection of some corpus is not comprehensive enough, and the historical comparison is not enough. These problems need to be further improved in the future.
